  2. So how many cars are expected? 10+?
  3. 33's vs. 32's&34's! (curves vs. boxes, hehe)
  4. Does the installation require any relocation, or cutting(apart from the front bar)?

  6. Justjap has some platic polish for sale for $20, might help? http://www.justjap.com/parts_naccessories.htm
  7. Like the Gizzmo ones. But if you are handy with a solder, then look at the jaycar kit. It has three stages and any LED broghtness/colour will suit. And as a LED is tiny, it can be well hidden.
  8. Is it just a cruise or maybe a bbq down there?
  9. Gizzmo perhaps? Try them and tell us.
  10. I thought by adding this boost controller, the two stage boost control no longer came into effect?
  11. I think this i s a pretty common problem in the r33's. It seems that if its not hot over 18c, then it just isnt cold. You would think that 19c would be no different to 18c. I dont know the solution, whether its a mechanical problem, or more likely, a electrical problem. But try searching because there has been quite a few threads on this issue.
  12. Hey, Just saw this website which relates to ozhonda.com forums. Seems as though either a mod/hacker is having a good old play with these forums and the poor mods. www.ozhondasux.com Could this happen to sau? are we safe? What do you guys think about it all?
  13. Alright, this thread is to help those that have a hole in the exhaust and don't quite have the dosh to repair it. *Note - This is only really a band-aid solution as you will probably require a new section of exhaust in the coming months. So, start saving while this is in place. As far as repairs go, this one is really easy, just a little time consuming. Tools 1. Muffler and tailpipe bandage. Depending on where the hole is in your exhaust, and the shape, will determine what product to get. Putty may be needed if the hole is further up near the front pipe. This tutorial, the hole was near the muffler and as such bandage could be used. 2x 'Permatex' brand was bought from 'Super Cheap' store for around $6 each. There is about 1m in each, so work out how much you need by determining the locations of the hole/s and the diameter of your exhaust. 2. Wire brush 3. Steel wool 4. PPE - things like gloves for when the exhaust is hot and glasses for when there is crud in the air. Step 1 Find the area that has a hole in it. This may be done with the ear as the car note may sound crap, but try using your eyes. Brush this area with the wire brush and steel wool to remove any loose surface rust and dirt around the area. Remember if you are using a bandage you will have to rub down the area behind and around the hole as the bandage will wrap there. Step 2 Run the car for about 5-10mins to get some heat in the exhaust. This will help the bandage to stick. Now remove the backing from the bandage and discard. Make sure you chuck the right bit (its the non-sticky one!). Start to wrap the bandage around the hole, making sure you overlap the previous wrap. The bandage will need to cover all the holes and have enough left over to wrap down the ends. This is where that maths of working out how much you needed comes in handy. Alternatively, make a educated guess. Secure the ends of the bandage with wire to help keep it there while it welds to the exhaust. Step 3 Run the car for about 30mins to heat up the exhaust and weld the bandage to the exhaust. I suggest that if you do go for a drive, keep the revs down. And that is about it. Too easy!
  14. Thiese are supposed to be the 'forshizzle'. Pretty sure they are still available. Contact wrxhoon http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=62252
  15. Don't know if these help?
  16. Try Jaycar for electrical rev limiter.
  17. Well the original post did ask for opinions. So if you like or dislike them its good to know why. It sound like the guys that don't use them think they are a little ricey, but i think they have their place whether track or street.
  18. Thanks mate, im happy with it too. Just need more time in each day to pamper it and drive it!
  19. Have you got any pics?
  20. I have already had the vin fasted and there was no indicators if it was a 40th or not.
  21. Yeah the car drives really well. The suspension ist too hard, but im still getting used to it. The fuel economy os pretty good as well. Its costing a bit to get on the road, but thats the price you pay. Has 67k km and no a-lsd. Im still trying to research what is the best oil and spark plugs to use and all that. As no one can really tell me how to identify if its a 40th anniversary from the vin or anything, im happy to believe that it is.
  22. http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?I...eMax=&SUBCATID= There you go. Cat. KC-5265, about $35 as well. It served me really well and each individual light can be set at any rpm.
  23. Thanks for the heads up, will look into that group buy. Yeah i was happy to get a anniversary edition as it is something a little different. I just see it as a bonus really, to a top car.
