  1. o/t but whaddya have to do to get back ur plates on a car that's no longer in ur name, let's say the party who currently owns it is willing to cooperate?

  3. r33s: gts - rb20e gts4, gts25 - rb20de gts25t - rb25det
  4. jap kits are magical... they really mean bolt-on when they say it... i had a blitz lm fmic on my r33 and only took it somewhere to get it fitted bcos i wasn't advised otherwise... my kit came with all the necessary brackets and fasteners... the only issue that arose was that some surgery was needed on the front bar to clear the fmic... other than that, it's as simple as removing the front bar and the stock cooler and any redundant piping and fitting the good stuff... if ur familiar with how to remove ur front bar, this job will take less than an hour not taking into account the surgery time... have fun!
  5. yeah i'm willing to sell without rubber... to give u a rough idea, i paid $1200 for the wheels and spent $500 to refinish them... somewhere ~$1500 perhaps?
  6. what's the diff between kerb weight and gross weight?
  7. hi joe, yup they're the same wheels, except mine are wider and have the right offset for a late model rwd nissan... however, that price is way too low for me to consider... the tyres themselves are near new and cost $250 a piece... as mentioned b4, i'll post a ballpark figure soon... cheers, louis
  8. Yokohama AVS (Advanced Vehicle Systems) VS-5 wheels - 17" x 8" et32mm fronts - 17" x 9" et38mm rears They were originally silver but were powdercoated in Dulux Pearl White a couple of months back. The center caps are still silver with the AVS logo. The wheels are in perfect condition except one front wheel has a 2cm long gash of powdercoating chipped off the outer rim and one rear wheel has a 18cm long gash of powdercoating chipped off the outer rim as well. To restore them to perfect finish, the powdercoating process for one wheel is about $70. Currently, the fronts wear 235/45/ZR17 Dunlop FM901s and the rears wear 245/40/ZR17 Dunlop SP8000s. The offset is suitable for Nissan S14/R32/R33/R34, Toyota JZA80 (not sure about *ZZ30 Soarers) & Mazda FD3S. I bought the wheels for $1200 and had them machined, sandblasted and powdercoated for $500 and paid $1000 for the tyres (2000kms) so all up I spent $2700. Looking for $1800 for the lot. Cheers, Louis

  14. sorry ppl, i know it's not even a nissan, let alone a skyline... but i figured someone may be interested or know of someone who is.... details of the car: end 2000 Integra Type R - black - 1 lady owner - 15000kms - log books - bog stock - 1 yr nsw rego... u will find most itrs of this vintage have around 40000kms and are advertised for over $33k... asking $31k or try ur negotiation skills... don't bother offering dealer buy-in prices... interested parties can pm me ur contact number to arrange for inspection in sydney... cheers, louis
  15. sorry i haven't got pics of the dials but to give u an idea, the calibration is exactly the same as factory and the surface is white when not illuminated... illumination is either in aqua (turqoise/greenish-blue whatever u call it) or blue by the flick of a switch which has an incorporated dimmer... the factory boost gauge is hidden due to the el sheet for the tacho covering it... has some rice element to it as the tacho sheet says GTR cheers, louis
