  1. Have a read of this thread, the person posting as Bluey is a member of the Victorian Traffic Management Unit. click here
  2. /me hides Thanks Dan! Just for that, I'm gonna include a couple that missed out in that last pic (hehe) I found this pic of Danzbeast (a.k.a Dan, white GX) on the left and Skaface (a.k.a Gazza, grey Ti) on the right. Please don't kill me guys!
  3. ASH!!!!!!!!!! lol bloody hell.... we have to get you to a track so that you can have a play. boys and their toys. You didn't buy the beasty so that you could be stuck with no licence! Out of all the above posts, inark is the most well informed, they don't need to have a radar to book you, and I tend to think that if they didn't dick you for it on the spot, that perhaps the guy just wanted to have a look at your car! You also said unmarked car & plain clothes..... did he produce any ID? Maybe it wasn't even a real copper! (wishful thinking!)
  4. Has it got a 4 car garage with a pit and a dyno? Seeing as you have already posted this exact thing in the wasteland, theres nt much point in having a duplicate thread. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&threadid=11118
  5. Paper element pods are EPA legal
  6. Fibreglass rear spoiler to suit R32, "DoLuck" copy in undercoat. Never been on a car.... $200 or best offer. SE suburbs Melb. Email me at [email protected] or reply here if you're interested. ~K
  7. Um Elwood beach and St.Kilda Marina are 2 different places.... Seeing as this thread is about Elwood beach, I think it's safe to say that everyone was at Elwood...
  8. It's the 'slight difference' that permits the fitting of bigger rotors/calipers, .... hence the amount of people interested in the struts.
  9. Um, well we know that they interchange, we have an R31 Ti in the driveway with a set. I also had a picture of three different rotors sitting side by side, but I can't access it while the R31 website is down. Stock (tiny!) the GTS/import rotor (medium) and a GTR rotor re-drilled to suit 4 stud. Pic of GTR brakes on an R31
  10. Um.... well...... it's better that u found out now, than to travel through the rest of your life thinking that something awful happened to a bunch of innocent girls
  11. EXCELLENT! I just went and registered.... once they have confirmed my details, they're going to be run off their feet with legitimate 'smoky car' reports!!
  12. hehe ..... someone else who's been watching too much TV. The movie "Picnic at Hanging Rock" is based on a 1967 novel by Joan Leslie. (It's fiction!!!!) Example........ Look at this webpage, Picnic at Hanging Rock Valentines day in 1900 wasn't a Saturday, it was actually a Wednesday Sorry John, I'm done, you can have your thread back now.
  13. I thought that people went behind Luna Park to do that? :bahaha: :shake:
  14. BOVs are actually illegal if they vent to the atmosphere, so if your car goes 'pshhhh' then the cop doesn't need to see under the bonnet to know that you have something under there that you shouldn't have.
  15. If you can get hold of some, I could sell at least 5 sets today. If you have contacts, and would like to look into a group buy, let me know and I can line up some buyers.

    w00t!!!!!!

3 different threads for the same thing? How about locking 2 so that everyone puts all their results in just one place? I wanna know who got what!
  19. Some of us do have Australian made Skylines

    epa in ballarat

It was raining in Melbourne last night..... did it rain in Ballarat? Because they can't perform the test if it's raining, so if it was raining, then I'd be following ip the legality of the test. (this would also give you a bit of time to install a restrictor plate;) ) But..... in a way, the fact that they had their own testing station is a good thing; around Melbourne you have to take your car to an approved tester, and pay to have the test done.
  21. For a better understanding on why this has to be done, have a read of this: http://board.performanceforums.com/forums/...readid=67143633
  22. well......regardless of how much time you want to give us, if you feel the urge to go to MCCR meets, then we're still going to be laffing :uh-huh:
  23. Generally once a topic has gone off the rails, it's hard to get it under control. Even if the 'bad posts' were removed from the thread, someone would re-kindle the flame. In a way it is unfair, because everyone is bound by the same guidelines. The fact that there are some people who like to push the limits of those guidelines means that sometimes moderators have to be heavy handed make themselves appear to be nazi's in order to keep the peace.
