From my experience of being in the insurance industry it's quite difficult to be able to prove that the council is negligent. Basically you are supposed to be driving to the conditions of the road. I've only ever seen 1 or 2 councils actually foot the bill. But in this case you have better chance of marrying Jen Hawkins.. haha

As stated.. FOR FREE! MOMO PC RACING WHEEL. I don't play PC games anymore and doesn't fit up to my PS3. Giving it away I'm getting annoyed with it sitting in my house. Last time I looked, in good working order. May have been a few slight scratches but what are you complaining about, it's free. Looks like this. Pick up only from either Castle Hill or St Leonards.
