  1. +1 for Japanese Parts and Performance... Dave and Bronson are fantastic!!
  2. With the price of these cars coming way way down, shold see a rise in popularity! For me the fact that the rb25+box is factory fitted, with better brakes etc stronger drive line makes it an appealing package if u can pick up a cheap one. My sedan is slowly getting there, few more suspension bits needed to make it handle better.... but all cars, r32, all the s chassis etc need suspenension mods to be where most owners want them!
  3. any news on FK fittment? I love this car as it was prior tho , its exactly the style im going for with mine !
  4. free bump for possibly the hottest wheels i've seen for sale in a while!!

  8. BUMP for finally a thread that is actually informative!!! This should be bookmarked in regards to 'overboosting' and the R&R explaination, its phenominal!
  9. AFM is 100% perfect location = Gold Coast, Qld The diff is out of r32,33,s14,15 with 6 bolt half shafts and 2 bolt backing plate... It will suit those vehicles rather.
  10. 1x Rb25det Series 1 AFM has slight crinkle in the mesh on one side, but makes no difference to how it works $100 Also 1x 6 bolt r200 diff - $100 no oil call/sms/email/pm - Peter 0430 373 100 - [email protected]
  11. Hi all, have rb25det AFM for sale, in perfect working order. Has a slight crinkle in the mesh, but works pefectly. $100 Located on the Gold Coast, Qld. Phone/email/sms/PM - Peter - 0430 373 100, [email protected]
  12. Update - Had 2 cracked spark plugs, SUPERSPARK's are running perfectly so far. Drifted for 7 hours yesturday and didnt misfire even once! So far so good and well priced!!
  13. great thread, i also have the same issue. After the car running for about 10-15minutes its perfect. It's not a big issue, as i like to warm the car up well and truely anyway, but its rather more intreaging me lol! side note: the car seems to take a very long time to get warmth into it, as apposed to my old r33
  14. got my supersparks in! Product came within 1 day of ordering! installation was a breeze, and have definately lessend my misfire issue. The problem ive been having is a missfire at about 5300rpm (only slight now the coilpacks of really really brought doen the miss), but it only happens untill teh cars been running for abotu 15mins(over 15mins and its fine). Im extremely befuddled to tell the truth. have installed new fuel filter, cleaned AFM. thinking maybe injectors? Its consistantly at the same spot in the rev rage every time, but goes away after the cars been running for about 15mins :S OT - superspark seems so far to be a great product!
  15. great write up, will be upgrading to this pump due to this write up haha! looks nice n easy!!! Cutting the bracket where the stock pump sits then hose clamping the pump to the cradle that remains perfectly fine? I cant see why it wouldnt be, anyone had any issues? So the aftermarket pump does have the same 'sock' the standard pump has?
  16. parts still available? interested in fuel pump and exhaust!
  17. Awsome to hear its running well mate!! problem solved haha
  18. If you are refering to my above comment, all i was saying was that these cars are gettign old and in stock form i highly doubt they would still make the same power they were claimed to have from the factory new. Back on topic, the 240hp would be At the wheels, yes!
  19. As far as i know, the fact that its running rich so badly will be fouling out your plugs? I'd swap in a stock ecu from a friend etc? see if it fixes the problem!? Also as people have said, try the ignitor, or even the actual coil pack loom itself. I would be highly supprised if it was the coilpacks if they have been replaced under warrenty once before with the same issue? If they are brand new there is absolutely no reason to tape them up, as they wouldnt be cracked...
  20. not trying to get into a debate, but i highly doubt standard r33s are still making 140rw kw being 15 years old or so! i threw mine on the dyno to see... it made 160hp@wheels and developed anout 6 1/2 psi... completely standard motor/exhaust/clutch. but thats off topic lol

  22. Well after talking to the owner of Super Spark, i've ordered a set. Will be interesting to see how they go will post up results after they are in. Currently it's breaking down over 5500rpm... occasionally :S it's rather odd. Upon inspection 5 out of my 6 coils are cracked in the usual place. So we'll see how the super sparks go, car is completely stock and made 164hp@ wheels and at 6 1/2 psi(thats all it would boost to). results soon !
  23. I have a a Series 1 r33 sedan, hyundai granduer(crapola, POS...never buy one) .. and im looking to purchase a stagea(probably series 1, would prefer series 2) shortly, what sort of prices are about regular now? I've seen a few here in QLD for well under $10,000, they were all series 1's tho. I feel about $9500 or so is fair for an example with about 100,000 or so on it? any advise on purchasing... ta
