For starters yes it is a carpark, secondly its a free carpark public carpark, if they wish to park across 2 or 3 spaces is purely upto them, Do you go down the street and you see some old or young what ever age driver and they are parked into 2 spaces at the shopping centre, do you go upto them and say look move over or what the hell, or anything of the sort. Its a God damn free country if they want to do that its upto them, if they get booked for it its there fault, theres no need to take anything out on it, Plus IF you looked at it they managed fairly well regardless the ammount of cars, Next, what about the NON skyline drivers doing the same, or doesnt it apply to them aswell? I mean come on for god sake Ok next, meeting point i saw several stupid things not parked correctly etc, Do we see anything on those guys? Think about it

maximum boost can be upto about 21psi, but it varies can be less the valve train or usual valve bounce can happen around that limit, its not the boost you should be worried about, its the engine in most cases that should be looked at first, its hard to determine your goals or possible goal without a real mod list of what has been already done to the engine first.
