The boxes limits or the engines limits, if its the boxes i dunno where the hell you got that from since theres alot of people running alot more power through it and still going strong, the engine on the other hand is a gamble at most.   6. As per topic wtb: 0.87 Internal Wastgate housing for hks 3037 Pro S Must be the ProS style flange on the rear and must be Internal Wastegated, No actuator needed just housing itself. Have a Smaller 0.68 housing if someone interested in Swap For quicker Spool, Or Cash Either way, Please supply Pictures as well as i need to see before considering. Cheers Adam

Ive heard of people coating there cooling pipes, im after what sort of result does it give on IT temps, does it actually lower the IT temp down a fair whack or minimal to what it is worth, After possible individual results HP vs IT before and after if possible, But the manifold one and front/dump and turbine housing would be the idealistic way to go to reduce Under bonnet temps for sure not only minimising any occurance and chance of rusts or deterioration of these items Cheers A

The big question here is Tuned length manifold, so expect to pay the usual $1000 and up, only worth while from the gt30r and up range if you are after that special figure, Standard Log is fine for below that its been proven many times over Although other reputable brands do aid in gaining a better figure, but say that word reputable with good reason, as Above that low mount which has extensive mod to make it fit must have been similar design to an ebay special, and have to say that the low mount designs Do Not actually give much if any results as the hardness to get tuned length room and etc ask 6boost or other guys they may confim that for you. For your above mods best to upgrade turbo back theres a start fmic another Cams another CAI and with the Highflow you shouldnt need to change either manifolds as both standard items will still give you excellent driveability on there own accord so theres some savings there, then again you can have dif suspension brakes to work on if you would like but unless you are planing on say going gt35r or gt3040 then highmount design external gate is the way to go then maybe change plenum and tb to suit, but at the stage you are at and highflows flowing dependant on what dyno between 240-270 all read different the standard items are fine as is spend money elsewhere. Plus Added note change in ex manifold will most liklely result in change of turbo dump and front pipe positions as well as lines etc etc. Hope that helps
  9. Thats the correct torque setting for the rb25 and as stated off tdc helps and start centre out centre left right left right left right and so forth tightning plus tightn even not middle to torque level then the left right etc and good luck

Depends by that list no FMIC or Better front/dump pipe so theres a few limiting factors, not only your injectors as well plus no aftermarket reg to boost pressure for stock injectors and AFM you havent stated what boost you want to run, I estimate 216 maybe 220 rwkws depending how good your tuner is quarter times for that power, easy 13's maybe high 12's depending what tyres launch style and practice makes perfect for improvement Cheers A
  14. 02 sensor problem maybe? that will hinder on fuel consumption, i get 300 k's with 16psi modded engine and turbo and thats non conservative driving, id get it looked at or check the 02 sensor that may be a start or tune with aftermarket computer

I dont think that is how things work, as spotts booked are allocated and alotted with the people holding the dyno session, ie: They have things to do as well and say if max spots were filled and prebooked the dyno team would allocate the whole day to us, but with say half or less payed and prebooked they may only give us a short time to get the runs in. Im sure that is how it works, UNLESS prior arrangement was made before the cut off date, or if you kiss some serious ass id say the answer may be no??? Best person to ask would be karen or col on that but id assume so the above
  17. Question, andrew and dale, there is no diffence in the turbine wheels for these turbo's is there its mainly just in the housing
