  2. nowadays there is a 517z and a 618z.. how ever if my memory is still working there use to be a twin 518z kit you could buy for gtr's how ever the 618z's replaced them soo maybe thats wat they are?

  4. q45 is 3.5inch z32 is 3inch and it doesnt look that stupid wat turbo are you using? 4inch belmouth i'd assume GT30? z32 should be more than enough for that setup regardless of wat it looks like

    err you could go into department of transport and 'ask' for the details of this car due to him damaging your car and than driving off and you need them to give to the coppas even tho they are slack f**ks and probly wont do anything how ever they will pull you over and defect you for havin a headlight out that was smashed in the accident that they wont chase up on
  7. hey dirt garage any chance of seeing that dyno sheet? also i remember hearing somewere that a rb26/30 at 7000rpm or was it 7500rpm will make the same power as a rb26 will at 9500rpm? so yer power still climbing at 9500rpm.. maybe more cubes is gunna have to be the option?

  10. hmm people arent understanding boost is irrelevent.. its all in the tune and if mid 12's are a safe tune? f**k i'd have to see wat happens when they lean on it when running big power

  12. he is involved in every post because this is a section that he moderates.. and also he is fairly knoledgble i'd say your biggest risks are tuning.. and yes do the search that sydney kid recommend.. i notice your from townsville i'd be careful with who you get to tune it.. and i cant reccomend anyone from cairns that could tune it safely either as wolf is not highly used up here and the few people that do use it.. i wouldnt trust them tuning my pushbike
  13. i'd highly recommend a batmbl (sp) split dump and front pipe i do various bits of exhaust work up here and they are a piece of art and well priced aswell if your lucky you could get in the group buy for a highflow cat aswell that are well priced at the moment than buy which ever cat back you prefer
  14. im guessing the comp housing r31nismoid.. cant remember wat brand of manifold it was but have come across it a few times
  15. just under the flange were they all come togegether show a pic of your manifold and i'll show you were
  16. lol have come across this problem before and i have seen some VERY VERY dodgy fixes before how ever found the easiest one was make a cut under the t3 flange.. bend flange down and weld up if you get wat i mean.. just leavers the flange away from the rocker cover a bit by far the dodgiest fix ive ever seen for this was using 6 12mm spacer plates between the head and the manifold how ever didnt want to tell the moron that chose to go this way wat the effects would be on the way it will perform.. but how ever.. the guy is a f**kwit and its still running around with the 'spacers'
  17. actualy mines 4inch in and out.. 5inch body metal cat i quite literaly mean it looks identical.. mate doesnt want one now so yer will pass on that
  18. i have heard that some timing lights dont read rb's properly.. so maybe try another timing light and see if any difference
  19. i wouldnt say that its the max that the wastegate will rung i'd say its the spring thats in there.. either change the spring or buy a decent boost controller
  20. i like the sound of this.. 3litre rb26 with out having to go the inch higher block .. hmm any chance of making a little kit also wat sort of revs are you pulling with the modified crank?
  21. on another note.. tune agent does GT35r's for around 1750 deliverd from memory.. and ray hall turbocharging in cairns can do them for a similar price if you'd like rayhalls number or email try www.turbofast.com.au
  22. you want big single and 350awkw? go a hks t04z kit.. from nengun.. comes with absolutely everything needed for the big single upgrade and fairly decent price for a hks kit also why get rid of the afm's? they arent a restriction.. just run 2 z32 afm's and you'll be fine.. and its the simplest computer to install in any of these imports.. would you rather pay 1000 for a power fc and do the install yourself than go get it tuned.. or would you rather pay 1800 for a haltech than on top of that pay for it to be installed than still have to get it tuned? if you really want to get rid of the afm's go a power fc dejetro by far the best option out there for those 'afm' hating people with jap cars..
  23. well to use those 2 turbos to there maximum.. i reckon you'd need a rev limit of lot more than 7500rpm.. even tho it is a 3litre.. but it'd probaly be better to go with something along the lines of 270's with 10.8mm lift.. send sydney kit a message.. just remember.. the amount of work that has to go with such big lift cams in these motors
  24. twin GT3240's for 450awkw? sounds like a bit of over kill if you ask me why not go something more sensible for that power.. t04z maybe? there capable of making 460rwkw.. not sure how much power you'd loose thru awd system.. of maybe even t51r kai?.. you've got the engine size to take it
