Nah didn't buy my a5 brand new thankfully, although 20,000kms would give the impression it's as good as new - how wrong I was Yeh lost a fair bit ! tax man should help cover a bit of it but what I lost is nothing compared to what may have eventuated Throwin up errors for cylinder 5, gearbox, clutch torque adaptor what ever the fudge that is among many other things. Basically every month something needed fixing was ridiculous sick of chuckin money at it. In summary do not recommend audi. Lexus > Germany.

lol nah the audi turned to a heap of shit so got this ill get it stickered up with work branding for couple of years then give it to the wife it's a bit of a stop gap cos I want the Lexus rc but isn't out and couldn't wait. Tell ya what though it's top of the range and you'd pay at least 40-50k more for a similar spec level in a German brand which seems a bit silly to me these days

Yeah true and there is big money in commercial however it's questionable how long that gravy train can run for and even so often a lot of commercial trades can have long periods without work when jobs finish so if you averaged it out over a number of years the income may actually be a lot lower for many - not all of course. I've had a few mates who are back on domestic as commercial was to unreliable and has dried up thankfully they aren't to stubborn and take the work they can get
