  6. I don't think i fully understand what you mean... The pipe underneath the plenum that connects to the 3 inlets on the plenum, If that's what ur talking about i think it's pretty important, considering that your coolant comes into the plenum then into the motor.. if you were going to modify it, it would be a pretty big job...
  7. can you take the plug out and get a new pin or socket and connect a new peice of wire and solder together out of the tank??

  11. I borrowed a right angle drill and used an easy-out on mine... If u didn't wanna pay that much (for the thread guy) you could probably hire one from a hardware hire place... depending on where u r...

  16. obviously you don't work on a variety of cars... it was a pretty common way of controlling the fuel pump.. it is also good coz it you lose oil pressure your fuel pump cuts out... hopefully before it damages anything..
  17. Have you checked what your getting out of your crank sensor?
  18. yeah i've never looked at that side of an r33 just going by the wiring i had to do to put an RB30ET into my stepfathers EH.. thought they would run along the same lines..

If it shuts off after 5 seconds when u put it on accessories it should be working, i would think there is something else wrong causing it to keep the oil pressure switch to stay closed and not give you enough voltage through your relay. Try checking ur pressure sensor, and work back from there.. have you got a wiring diagram for the R33 to see how the safety circuit works? Or what he said...

It should go by oil pressure.. if ur motor is off you have no oil pressure, cuts pump.. when u start the car and the latching circuit times out after 5 sec, if u have oil pressure the pump will continue to run if not it cuts the pump.. i don't have a multimeter here to tell you what voltage i get through mine..

  23. ceramic coat the exhaust housing, Put a beenie on it, Heat prof pain on the exhaust, wrap it, and pain the wrap with the heat prof paint..
  24. I'd be starting to check Gaskets... might be an inlet manifold gasket... when i had my cheap Chinese mani on it leaked air somewhere and had a similar problem...
