hey guys, {sorry if its a repost} Normally i stay well clear of these intreweb warriors but its getting heated by over confident silvia boys. theres a cruise organised for the 18/03/2007 (thats less than 2 weeks away). as the title goes it is a cruise organised by the RICE HONDA boys, involving a cruise up to terrigal beach. If anyone is interested the details are below: http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...221337&st=0 At the moment, nissan is outnumbered like 1 to 4 so we need more numbers which isn't really a problem cause u need about 4 HONDAs to equal 1 NISSAN. If anyone wants to make a fun day and cruise up to the terrigal just come along. I'll be there with my mates from Nissan Silvia. mate trust me if it were upto me the car would be at the shops with a high mount turbo, injectors and tune but im pu55y whipped and promised my gf a trip to europe. ill look into a tune when i get bak from europe.

maybe a few kw atw increase from the 19s. nah i understand what you guys mean and come to think of it i was a bit blind to that now that i look at hte list of mods. all the other mods do is just make it run smooth, which it is and its a perfect daily driver. im happy with the factory turbo it does an amazing job so all i can do is maximise its use with a tune. i think that might be the best way to go without spending too much extra. cheers everyone. im still gonna run it and see what time it can do.

yeh thats cause tasmania is only 15km wide hahahaha j/k yeh it used to get 500km when it was dead stock. now i would be lucky to get around 400.

yeh exactly right, its all about the 1/4 mile time and im certain the way my car pulls it'll run great down there. im pretty sure the dump is also an Xforce, but the pod is unshielded i really should fix that up. i might look into a safc, it'll pay itself off in a few months with the money i save in fuel anyways.

oh yeh i forgot about the safc. i was more concerned with pwrfc and their price tag, not to mention theres only a limited stock left. yeh my car is crunching on the fuel, it used to get 500 to a tank no problems before i got my hands on it. i might start looking for safc retailers and get that done.

hi, im a little concerned about the power my s1 r33 skyline is making simply due to the fact ive dished out a fair bit of $$$$ only to make power noticeablity higher than someone with simple POD zorst and boost mods. basically i got the following mods: * 3" Xforce exhaust with high-flow cat * JustJap FMIC * Bosch 023 internal fuel pump (biggest piece of sh*t im gonna chuck it out) * Bleed value (i know i should do it properly and buy an electronic boost controller) * Splitfire coils (cost a pretty penny too) * HKS fuel defender (does nothing for mods just stops my engine from sh*tting itself) * NGK Iridium sparks (nothing but the best) * APEXI POD * Go Fast Bits BOV car pulled 174rwkw on ~10-12psi, which i think is pretty lame for the mods and money spent. dont get me wrong the car pulls like crazy and is super smooth and reliable but reading the "Dyno Results Page" im a little concerned because there are alot of you guys making more power with half the mods. any ideas??? i really do not want to get a new ecu or larger turbo but i just thought with the mods that i have i could be pushing the 200 mark. plus i dont like lag. i think my next step is to run it down the 1/4, cause in the end the only numbers that matter are those. cheers.

last episode was disappointing esp. when the last 2-3 episodes were heaps good. i just hope it doesn't turn into an OC style show where the first series was great, followed by another 3 seasons of crap.

thanks guys. not sure mate, i bought it from a dealership. never thought i would but i stopped by to see if they had anything reasonable. along side all the holden and fords was this beaut. they wanted to get rid of it cause it wasn't wat they normally sell but they took it under their wing cause of the condition and thought it would be a good sporty family car. the original owner lived in penrith thats all i know. i think his name was peter or something.

Here is my skyline (named Skye). Bought with ugly 17s and a 400R frontbar (gone now, *phew*) and stock engine but this is it now. ENGINE MODS: * APEXI POD * JustJap FMIC * Xforce 3" Turbo back exhaust with high flow cat going into a twin 2.5" muffler * NGK Iridiums * Splitfire coils * HKS fuel cut defender * Bosch 023 internal fuel pump * Bleed value set to 9 psi atm * GFB Mach 1 BOV car is curretly running 174rwkw which isn't bad for the boost however it does pull just under 500Nm of torque at the wheels and we all know its torque that gets you over the line first COSMETIC MODS: * GTR rear wing * GTR frontbar * 400R sides * GTR rear pods * Jetspeed eyelids * Factory burgandy colour * 19" rims * JustJap Bucket seats * SONY Xplode System (staff prices as i work for SONY) PHOTOS: When i got her - Now (also pics of my old swift) -

* brooke satchwell is only doing her job and doesn't care for the main character. only using him to get her information. * asian dude dogged on everyone. * wog guy dies from overdose. * main character gets done in the end for everything that happened in the series. thats my predictions for the rest of the season. only a few episodes left.

first post buddy. the frontbar is located in bonnet bay (i am not) but i can get there no problems if u require an inspection or wanna come pick it up. (note they do not fit in the back of a skyline hense why i couldn't take it home so to anyone wanting to pick it up please bring a 4x4 or a larger car than a skyline).

hey guys, up for sale are my factory R33 series 1 coil packs which were replaced by Splitfires. not gonna lie to you i did replace them because they were misfiring however i didn't want to patch them up (probably could have and run perfectly on around 10psi) but thought ill rather get the splitfire ones. name a price, dont have a pic just yet but we all know what coils look like. will get a pic soon. make an offer, willing to post anywhere in Australia at buyers expense. cheers.

i saw that thread u were talking about. doesn't give a good wrap about carmate. still dont care for customer service. if u dont like the product then dont shop there. im not far from carmate so i can always just have a look at the mould before hand. ive seen enough moulds to know which are the ones u should stay away from. might have to go back through GT Autostyle, atleast i know wat im getting.

its a top show. all u gotta do is close your eyes and wish that punchbowl wasn't 20min from your house hahaha. if you put the bullsh*t fake accents (esp. from that asian dude), the glorious life they claim to have its got a really good story line. last nights show was the best, the ending had me on the edge of the seat. if she stopped with the try hard accent shes not a bad sort too.

hey guys, i need a new frontbar. basically ive been dealing with GT Autostyle with my previous car but unless u get a complete kit then his parts are pretty expensive (but worth it, top quality). Basically: GT Autostyle: $550 Jetspeed: $410 Carmate: $380. I know alot of you buy the carbon fibre hoods but i need feedback on the mould quality and fittings of their kits. if anyone has had any experience (i dont care for customer service u just get in and get out) im talking about parts and quality can you reply on this page. cheers!!!
