This was my first cruise with you guys and it was a real sad way to end the day, but everyone pitched in and looked out for each other and I will definitely come out again with you guys. A top bunch of people. Can someone pm me with details to visit drew also and perhaps we can go in small groups on different days so as not to crowd him and his family. Thanks to all.

Well put nightcrawler... hope drew is OK! The girl in the green car certainly didn't look too good and it was a bit of a shock for us all. Yeah drew was just in the wrong lace at the wrong time. There was no speeding or silliness involved. Hopefully insurance will sort everything quickly and I suspect drew will be looking for a new ride but he will be thankful that the 33 took the impact so well.... the cabin was fully intact, testament to the engineering ability of the Nissan designers. Spotted on south road edwardstown 1pm today... bright yellow 33 with big apex sticker on windscreen with chicky drivin. Bout 1:40 south rd spotted white 33 GTR with big-dish dark colour wheels, then 2pm south rd again saw the orange 32.

Thats Franks car.... thats how he bought it... some special edition or somethin' badged as 'GTSR' (No relation to the R31 GTS-R). Its an automatic Gts-t with GTR kit and a few other goodies.

Had the same deal on my old 32... the wires were cut as part of the compliance process, I simply rejoined them and presto...

Yep what the other guys said is true regarding blatantly obvious mods, but put it this way... I got passed at the id inspection in my 32GTR with an R34 motor, N1 turbos, pods, big injectors, cams, coilovers, bov's etc So... its not real hard!!

Bad luck man... don't be too worried about purchasing from interstate... I have done it twice in the last 12 months. Just bought my GTR from brisbane a couple of months ago and provided it is currently registered then it does not have to go thru regency. You just have to go for an identity check which can be done at sturt depot not regency... just to check engine/vin no.s ....its no big hassle.

I will also put a vote in for boostworx if you want some one to check it out.

Yep nice work... I am actually a professionally trained portrait photographer myself and can arrange model/car shoots for approx $70. There are some of my own that I will post in the near future with my GTR. Nice work though....

Exactly as deluxe said, I have had issues with irridium plugs in the past. Also had misfire in my old R32 which we traced to the ignition module.... approx. $250 to replace.

I keep seein' HR32 around... was on chandlers hill rd tues and coming off the expressway this morning...tidy unit.

The AHHH31 wagon is on the R31 skyline club forum I think.... seen it too. Dont know a lot but think it definitely has large snail onboard!!

For those down south I have had work done at various places that have been good: 1. Boostworx at pasadena... shaun is good with reasonable prices (has dyno too) 2. ATS marion rd... bill does great work with turbos 3. MC Doyle crash... at Edwardstown has done much work on three diff cars for me (paint and panel) 4. Southern Hi tech Dyno ... south rd St. Marys... John does good tunes. to name a few...

Perhaps we should start a thread for newbies that has information regarding workshops etc that members here in SA have had good experiences with. Not a sh#t canning session on bad ones but a place to say who has done right by you.

Bad luck buddy, that sucks dogs balls!! I got f#$ked once by a shed company doing similar thing with supply... contacted consumer affairs and was told that I was the 36th complaint! Unfortunately they went bust and I got F#$kall out of them, but definitely call Today Tonight and proceed with consumer affairs. These bastards cant get away with sh#t like that.

My housemate just purchased a dark metallic blue four door 34 from Brisbane. Non turbs, tiptronic but heaps neat machine.

Not yet... only had the car five weeks!!
