  1. Great to see that you are up and about again Drew... Its probably a good thing that you dont remember the accident, coz it was pretty huge from a couple of cars behind!! Dont rush into it but would be great to catch all of you at a BBQ or something relaxed!
  2. Massive pain in the butt to change everything.. if you want the goodies from a GTR, buy a GTR.
  3. Follow this link for a few snaps of my 32GTR... http://s28.photobucket.com/albums/c243/mrtn255/GTR%20pics/ enjoy... M.
  4. Yep red with white wheels... just saw ya after I hooked in front of the truck.
  5. Nothing exciting here... just the plate on my GTR.
  6. Spotted white 33 near flinders this mornin'.... reckon it could have been whiplash??? I was in my 'boonga' R31 GTS.
  7. I'd be in for steam clean too.
  8. Yep... I have R31 GTS2 build no. 55 also... will be putting it in Autosalon with the R31 boys.
  9. Indeed... I am off chandlers hill/ candy road.
  10. Snap... me too.
  11. Hit me up with a PM too...
  12. Make it next weekend... away from the drift and I am sure there will be a much bigger turnout.... me for one.
  13. Hey guys, thanks for the pm r31turbo.... Dont think I will be able too unless we can leave early coz I have another prior engagement at 2pm back in town... would have to leave at like 1pm or sumthin'.
  14. Ozzie,Ozzie,Ozzie...
  15. ID check is real easy... hardly check anything other than vin no, eng no etc.. costs $25. No roadworthy req if the vehicle is currently registered interstate.
  16. 31s are certainly welcome mate... might bring my GTS2 along next time instead of the GTR too.
  17. Ha ... nah me too now! Love to see yours at the next run though.
  18. I would go but dont finish work till 5:30 pm. I only work 5 min from flinders tho. PM me if ya want.
  19. Ok cool, good stuff johnn. Well, we all wish drew and jasmine a quick recovery, especially those of us that witnessed the tragic event. To jasmine.. we are sorry for your loss and no-one is blaming you in any way for what happened. It was purely a tragic ACCIDENT. All the best to you both and your families, regards... Martin aka. [HOSTILE]
  20. Yeah its probably not a bad idea, but let things cool down a few days first. I would be happy to go if anyone else wants to go also... let me know. There is no animosity towards young jasmine and it would probably be good to let her know.
  21. Good work johnn... glad to hear that. Perhaps we should send 'em both a get well card??
  22. Good work mate... I was in the same boat too having grown up watching 'em destroy all at bathurst etc. I bought mine a couple of months ago from brisbane... flew up, checked it over drove it home. Watch out for lots of thrashed out 89 models as engine work can be expensive. Mine is a '93 with documented history. Also check out the ones for sale on this forum as generally the enthusiasts look after their machines. It took me a couple of months to find the right one... found it on carsales.com. You will know the right one when you see it.
  23. I know it wasn't drews fault but the thing is that with the driver who was at fault being deceased it might take ages and drew may want to claim on his to get another car, then let the insurance co sort it out.
  24. Perhaps we should run a fundraiser BBQ or something to help drew pay the excess on the insurance??
