  1. Hey yeah were you guys with patto near the train bridge at black forest?? My housemate has the 34... dunno who the 31 was tho. We were just headin home from volleyball.
  2. Yep, saw ya steve... was a bit early for the cruz so went for a looksee round the area!!
  3. Was good cruz even if it was stinkin' hot!! Good turnout still.... GTR-32 was that you parked behind me at the meetpoint?? ( mine = Burgundy 32 GTR) Nice to see another GTR from the south!! The blue looks good too... not real common.
  4. I 'd be interested too... maybe we should all just join the evo club track day in march and have a thrash round mallala... of course there is no instruction involved... I don't think so anyway!
  5. The new toy ride on two wheels huh??
  6. Shit David, just read the whole thread... just come back from a couple of weeks in japan you see. Glad to hear you ok.... get that grey GTR up and happenin' man, and get a nice daily cruiser... something comfy. Oh, and change your username... it is a self fulfilling prophecy!!
  7. Interested but will depend on final date/time and my roster.
  8. ....Or you are prepared to go to japan just to get the parts you want a bit cheaper!!! Yup, I'm guilty!
  9. Apart from the usual hanging out, drinking, fishing etc... I am trained as a professional portrait photographer and take heaps of photos. Also love to travel... currently visited 16 countries.
  10. Spotted down the bay yesterday PHAT32 and DIRTY2
  11. I was fortunate enough to go to this years Tokyo Autosalon also... took about 600 photos ... crazy stuff!! We had almost as much fun just walking around the carpark too!! I also went to top secret workshop and checked out that v12 supra... awesome!! Sounds unbelievable in the flesh when running too. So did the v8 twin turbo skyline. My personal favourite was the blue R32 GTR near the front of the first hall (you got a good shot of it above), but I am a little biased there.
  12. Yep, me too... I have standard callipers with slotted DBA rotors and pads of unknown origin... works like a charm, stops much harder than my old GTS-t which used the same callipers!
  13. Ha ha ha, yeah its true... but when you drive round in a GTR every bastard wants to race you! Every set of lights has some p-plater in a fully hectik VN commodore who wants you to run... gets a bit much sometimes!
  14. mine... R32 GTR now = 251.4 KW at wheels on 13 psi (boostworx) with boost control fitted shortly expecting 300 RWKW (approx 18-20 psi) big enough grunt for the street I reckon, M.
  15. Also spotted tidy four door 32 with plates SLO 032... anyone here??
  16. Surprise, Surprise... I spotted Vange yesterday ..just by adelaide oval as I was takin the G/F home... only just saw ya at the last second so I don't know if ya saw me wave!!
  17. Dunno if I'll make it but hit me with a PM anyways.... M.
  18. Sounds great!!... unfortunately I will be in Japan at the TOKYO AUTOSALON!!
  19. Spotted a couple of times over the last couple of days ... mad looking black V35 coupe on south rd St Marys.
  20. It is a sad indication of how todays society has evolved when a discussion turns rapidly to a shit slinging match... I mean you can't even fart anymore without "offending" someone.
  21. V I N Y L .... ITS VINYL ALREADY... NOT VINAL for all you bastards who cant spell! End rant. Back on topic... If it is done tastefully it can give your car that individual look without screaming RICE too much, but it is so easy to get it sooo wrong!
  22. Count me in, I'm just the other side of the reservoir!!
  23. It is spelt VINYL!!!! But yeah if you like it do it! ...Be prepared for all the police attention tho.
  24. Saw that gold silvia getting reamed this morning also... bout 8:30 am... must have been just behind Tangles but never saw him. Cops had pulled it into the tonsley hotel and were goin over it! Reckon it was Loz.
  25. One of the downfalls of the SVD club was that there were not enough people at the end who were prepared to be pro-active and get things organised. If you want a cruz then be prepared to plan a meet point and route, then post details with a bit of notice for people and plenty will come. You have to understand that this is a hectic time of year for most people with family and work commitments, january will be better and right thru till rainy season.... Too few people prepared to pitch in and the club will die... as in SVD. I suggest you start thinking bout a meet point!? There was also a recent thread about ideas of things to do as a group... check it out.
