    Since the agent is going to rip them up, why in the world does the carpet need cleaning anyway?? Thing about these agents is that, they won't let you off without paying for cleaning.

    If it is the Thrust Bearing, when you clutch in, the sound goes away. Clutch out, whirring sound comes back. The R34 GTT doesn't have noisy gearboxes. Wait till you hear the Getrags

    From the two shops you mentioned, i would recommend DT Panels and not the other one. Some panel shops create an orange peel effect on your panel. This shows the quality of the work. Experience from many people showed that we shouldn't be too anal about the cost, it is the effort put into the spray painting.
