  1. i have the passenger side dash vent in good condition. its still in the dash but i have been meaning to pull it out and sell it as it is no use to me in there. looking for $70 and i can get a pic and deliver it if need be.
  2. this is a pretty old thread and the bloke doesnt have the wreck or any of the parts anymore. thanks
  3. i have been told by a few people and tuning workshops that as of the first of this month. a few weeks ago. atmospheric BOV's are now illegal on street cars. its no big deal to keep the original or buy an after-market plumb back. its just the way things are now just like the price of fuel. the sooner you come to grips with reality the sooner you will get over it.
  4. hi all. pulled my old turbo off tonight and the leaking oil seal problem seems to have gone away? i dont care what the go is with it im over it as i snapped yet another stud off in the manifold for the sake of nothing. Anyway there is absolutly nothing wrong with the turbo that i got off sam but i have decided to put my old turbo back on as it is an r34 neo one and now doesnt seem to have any problems. i dont see the point having the spare now as i will just buy another later down the track if need be. so im after $200 as that what i actualy paid for it. thanks damo
  5. Very nice. it reminds me of my old silver 4 door. i also though look out its another salad. haha. keep the mods simple and cheap and the car and your driving skills will go far.
  6. so do you need a co-driver? or do you have one lined up?
  7. hey mate you really need to put pictures and more detail up if you want a fast sale other wise you are just wasting your time. maybe a link to the picture and info on green line. good luck with the sale
  8. well he defiantly wouldn't want you to drive it any more, not a what you did last time. haha
  9. will your dad be sitting passenger? ive wanted to do this for the past few years. didnt have the $$$ the first time then didnt have a car last year. id really like to get some temporary rego for the drift car and come put it through its paces. my partner is also very keen to get into it. the crew i was with during targa talked about it a lot so i reccon i can get some help from them. SAU team would be grate.
  10. wow i cant believe you keep buying this stuff off viva as the fitment of the pieces isnt getting any better. i had one of the type J front bars. took a bit of work to make it fit. had to pull the sides in about 100mm each side and cut a bit out of the back of the sides to i could turn my wheels. once it was painted up it looked really good. at-least for 12 hours until i smashed it up big time on a ripple strip. i would defiantly buy another one as you dont see them very often. should look really good. keep it up.
  11. yep thats all good. yea the only reason i am going to do it is because i have the rb25de head off a non VVT model rb25. so basicly all i will have to do is fit up the extra pully mount. plan is to biuld up the bottom end while still using the car then bolt it all together later. oh and can i get your old throttle body?
  12. i currently run a rb25de + t engine in my car and have just brought a rb30 bottom end. what mods did you have to do finny to get it to all bolt up? i have heard that there isnt much to do to get the rb25 de and rb20 to mate up. i belive hypertune still make and sell a plenum that looks identical to that one for i think $1000. a bloke of NS.com had one for sale a while back and i am kicking myself i didnt buy it. another local blok has just brought and fitted one to an rb20 off hypertune.
  13. that is very nice indeed. do you mind if i ask where you sourced it? and how much? i belive that Rob runs a 100mm on his setup and he has it for quite some time i belive amybe from as far back as when he was still single turboed. i rember them saying it made a much bigger difference than they ever expected.
  14. not at the moment but if you would like to have a look if your in tas than that could be aranged.
  15. not sure if anyone has answered you but yes you need to run the resistor pack and no the PFC does not have settings to chose what injectors you are running. the power FC only has different settings for air flow meters i belive. Z32 and normal plus others. R32 gtst injectors are actualy higher in resistance than the GTR injectors and resistor pack combined but i wouldnt be worried about that, but even with a GTR power FC, GTR injectors without the extra resistance will damage the computer. like i have mentioned before get yourself a resistor pack from a MR30 skyline. they are identical to GTR resistor packs resistance wise. as far as the Power FC seeing bigger injectors goes it only ever sees injectors as duty cycle so it doesent matter if you have 1000cc or 200cc injectors it only cares about the duty cycle of that injectora and of course the impedence or resistance of that injector. hope that clears some more questions up.
  16. what moddle rb25 NA head? what i got with the whole bunch of stuff was a pulled down rb25 neo engine that i have since realised is a NA block so im gessing its a complete NA engine and the GTR rods and pistons. Why is that. will they only work in a NA motor. the motor i currently run is a RB25de from a late moddel r32. so no variable intake cam. the whole lot that is mentioned above is for sale if its all needed. thanks damo
  17. im not entirely sure but im just going to maket it as a r33 rb25 turbo alternator as i know for a fact that it definatly fits.
  18. hi mate turbo and front bar have been sourced for now thanks. thanks damo
  19. i belive that benny has gotten rid of the whole car now and for other reasons does not want to have anything to do with what is left so i sajest that you start looking elce where. at least thats what i have been old.
  20. PM sent but this is basicly a brand new unit. go and price a new one then moke an offer. thanks damo
