Well you can get all sorts of suckey and vibrating things out at Fyshwick these days... including blow up sheep. Hubby was wondering what on earth anyone would do with a vibrating ear... before I told him it wasn't an ear
-
woohoo don't forget to tell Wifey how much easier it is to get babies to sleep in noisy cars... specifically GTR Skylines LOL oh and definitely kneeling down... you look much more vulnerable there and don't forget to use the Shrek 2 puss'n'boots eyes.
-
Yeah! looks like fun... I like the one with training wheels LOL
-
I would have jumped at that frame, only I just paid more than that for a suction setup which I will trial first... if it doesn't give me what I want, then I would definitely pay that much for a decent frame. Scott - Sure, only too happy to pass the files over, you did a great job... (please only publish the ones where I look fantastic hahaha) and I loved the suckey thing enough to tear out and buy one this week and will try it out for the texikhana. I should clarify, I didn't buy the suckey thing from Fyshwick... its not that type of suckey thing.

Does "Wife Happy" mean "car stays"? if not... have you tried begging? I think you need to swap your car for my 4 door.

Photo Shoot - 1st Session This Friday Night
Michele replied to Michele's topic in Australian Capital Territory
Count me in for the contribution... why don't you turn up on Friday and pass a hat around with the CD's? -
I think your money is safe and you may have better luck than I did. Will he let you hold some cash back for final inspection? If so, I would do that just to make sure it doesn't turn up damaged like mine, oops too late... I'd paid for it. Then had to pay someone to repair. He also promised overnight, 10 days later nothing and he wouldn't even return my calls. I wasn't happy.

NEVER NEVER sell. Always use the equity to buy again. A well positioned property should double in value every 7-10 years. Only ever go interest only on investment property, rent should 'all but' cover the interest, you may be out of pocket for incidentals which are claimable and equates to near nothing in the scheme of things when you consider your captial growth. Build your empire by setting a target to be 4million in debt, but be worth 8m in xx amount of years. PS I don't work in real estate... but I am building my empire this way and it works. If you want to know how... these people will show you, and its free. http://www.tic.com.au/Default.aspx No its not a scam or time share etc etc you can personally me if you think its dodgy. They're like an agent, only they research great locations and property has to meet certain criteria before they will take it on... they anticipated many of the booms including Perth and Gold Coast well in advance and helped people find properties. They are also like a support group and have some very interesting free conferences to help with tax etc and property investment. I have no invested interest in them other than I have bought properties through them. They do not try to flog you stuff/property etc and they'll leave you alone. When I go to their meetings, I am inspired by how many properties these people are aquiring with the right information. Some have a target to purchase 1-2 properties a year... and they do. I also recommend a book called "From 0 to 260+ Properties in 7 Years" by Steve McKnight who can show you some formulas for finding and evaluating a positive geared property.

-
Yeah sure... I'll be in that... but remember the rules say we have to be covered in 100% cotton from ankles to wrists LOL
-
Oh bugger!t - that does it... I'm not waiting for my street tyres to wear out now, I'm going for the Federal 595RS's immediately LOL

Where do I find this zoo?

Hi William - you were going hard out there... I have some great video footage (Scott using my vidcam) of you really giving it some at turn one. Looks like you had a lot of fun and know your car well. We all thought your lines were pretty good as we watched the vid Sat night. I'll have to get a copy to you, you will love it. You should look at coming down for some of the 'Speed off the street" days at Wakie for $100 a day.
-
Aww thank you Andrew *proud look* all this time I just thought I was being totally biased LOL I had quite a few people ask me on Saturday if I wanted to sell it and I've only had it for about 6-8 weeks... it was a great boost to my confidence in buying the right car (not to mention my ego) LOL haha we watched it a few times and commented on the fact you didn't say something like WTF!! Probably too busy pulling your heart back out of your throat. It was my first time on this track with the GTR. I was running street tyres and pulled 1.15's. Definitely not getting the same grip as I can get with the GTS-T using Federal 595RS's, you really feel them bite in and grab, but very happy with the GTR handling. I need more practice out there though and can't wait until I wear out my Falkens so I can put some 595RS's on it.

Help Wanted Finding Suitable Skyline For Steadyeddie
Michele replied to Michele's topic in Australian Capital Territory
I think I like this one more... and its 5 years younger http://www.uniquecarsales.com.au/pls/carsa...mp;photo_flag=1 PS. Focus is to be on being low maint... if anyone knows any reasons why any of these cars are considered high maint (apart from the fact they are Skylines that is LOL) please speak up. -
Thats okay... thanks heaps for following up for us.

From what I could see, Liz realised she was dumping something (coolant) and deliberately went off the track moments before (and returned to pit off the track safely) the following three cars behind Liz lost control at the same point (due to coolant) and narrowly missed each other... although you don't see the third car, you can hear the screeching in the video clip. Brendan was very much a sitting duck in the line of fire... he was very very lucky. There was only one flag point and that was the start/finish line - they stopped all cars and spread the cement dust out. I went out moments after and it was fine again, so that cement dust works wonders. *I call it cement dust, it may be something else.

Yesterday at Wakefield, wasn't enough time to bite the nails but it was "heart in your throat" to watch! http://s108.photobucket.com/albums/n10/sau...rent=BigOff.flv full thread http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...80611&st=80 for dialog I did a couple of 'loop de loos' of my own on the wet track in the morning... it's okay, I kept her on the track, she's still bootiful (car that is, I'm well past that )
