  1. My car came from Japan with Mines ecu fitted. Put out 157rwkw stock standard with rich afr's (like 10.5 at 6500). Plenty of info around on them. They are locked from Mines factory hence useless really.
  2. Ooh yeah i'll be watching this!!! Good luck mate! PM me with more info ie tuning/builder
  3. The actuator will bring on strong mid range etc as the wastegate is closed for longer down low. Just don't forget, once you install it there's no going under 10psi if you wanna conserve petrol or something.
  4. Yeah bit of stuff around but has to be done. Yes pfc. Bled the coolant properly today and took it for another lap. Squeezed about 5psi into it and it dropped a cylinder (or maybe 2) for like 2 mins then kicked back in. Thinking i fouled a plug/s due to having no O2 sensor and stuff. Didn't think they could 'unfoul' though lol. Hopefully all tuned by next week possibly. Should be all ready for when i get my licence back
  5. Woo hoo, thanks to all the help from SAU Manifold problem turned out to be the first stud, smashed the sh|t out of it with the hammer and eventually worked the manifold on. Then it sat there till i got off my arse and borrowed a torque wrench lol. Today i cracked at it and to my surpise had it actually running. Had some issues with air pockets and what not, sorted that out and took it for a lap round the block. Coming straight out of the turbo, sounded farken crazy. Boosted up to .45 bar, seemed nice. Running rich as all fark though. Get dump pipe made up this weekend hopefully then clutch in, then off to tuners where i'll install my injectors and z32 in his car park then roll er up on the dyno. Ooh yeah, can't wait. Will chuck some pics up soon.
  6. Yeah keep it under 12-13psi if you want any kind of reliability. Mine used to spike (from other causes) to around 16.5psi and drop back to 14.5. This lasted for 4 weeks lol. Though it's demise came from the bearings shitting themselves rather than the exhaust wheel exploding.....Up to you really. I know 1.1bar was fun for that 1 month
  7. Yes i understand that. Was more referring to the fact it takes a while to get response from nengun. Not putting nengun down, just no doubt he is a very busy man. Don't worry mate, i'd be freaking too with 3k hanging in the balance, rest assured you'll be looked after
  8. As above.... You should have searched around and you would have found that ordering parts through nengun generally takes up to and over a month to get to your door. I've never had dramas with Todd, he will get back to you as soon as he can.
  9. LOL!! Did you not notice how wiiiide those rear guards are!? ali, looks phat as man!!
  10. Depending on tuner it would've allowed more aggresive tune ie timing.....Can't wait to get mine tuned!!!
  11. Great results mate. I have very similar set-up to yours bar the de-cat pipe so am hoping for around that figure on dyno dynamics and good fuel. Well done mate
  12. Could be before and after tune dyno runs??
  13. Hrm ok got the hammer out and smacked the studs round a bit to no avail. This manifold is NOT going on. What a head ache. Any suggestions peoples? I need heeeelp, my gt30r is just staring at me begging to be boosted
  14. Yeah that was the only thing i could think of but how could that happen? I seem to be having trouble with the first stud at the top, that was snapped since i bought the car so i'm guessing all the other manifold holes have 'warped' over time except that one? Might go dig the hammer out. Really frustrating trying to get the bastard back on when i only just took it off! Thanks mate
  15. Weeell Brett (GCG) fixed my manifold studs for me. Now i have an even more frustrating problem. I cannot get the manifold back onto the head. I've tried for two days now and it will not go back on. I drilled the centre four holes out a bit but didn't really help much. Any reason as to why it won't go back on now? Someone wanna come round and work their magic? lol thanks guys
  16. You'd be surprised what the Japs get up to! My car was dead stock off the boat and reeled off 156rwkw. Upon installing the pfc i came across the Mines ecu that was hiding away in the kick panel!
  17. Could you fill me in on what car you are talking about? I've heard this far too many times re jealous people watching ignition. PM if you like.....
  18. Well with my legit 200rwkw i was trapping 107-8mph and that was with stock clutch and bald 205 16s so that's no excuse. So with your happy 213 you should be pulling 110mph, IF you have the power.
  19. Been convered many times before. Every dyno reads differently. From being different type ie hub, roller whatever or from not being calibrated before a run. Alot of variables can affect the power outcome. 196rkw is low for your mods, i'd say the 220 run would be about right. Just stick to one dyno so you can have some form of comparison.
  20. Don't you have to change the sump to suit rwd???
  21. Ok been searching everywhere to no avail. I'm half way through installing my gt30r and just had my snapped manifold studs removed and replaced etc. Now, i've pulled the four studs out that joins turbo to manifold to replace with the longer ones supplied by GCG. Now what is the preferred method of screwing these four studs in? I tried the usual doublenut method but all that done was strip the shit out of the studs as the nuts are a K-Lock design. Wish i new this before i started. Now i have to get 4 new studs. So yeah, how do i screw these bastards in without damaging them?? Do i need one of them stud socket thingoes or is there another way? One little problem after another, was told manifold would need machining by thread removal bloke then went to get it done and was told it doesn't! Threw another week on my install. Bloody doing my head in with all this. Thanks guys.
  22. I have a brand new one in the box if ya wanna try that on mate? Dunno if it'll solve ya problems though?
  23. Shoudn't be any dramas. I waited 4 days from making order to picking up my gt3076 kit at GCG last week. Nearly all on now, should be tuned end of next week hopefully
