Just first reminder for those entering..(first of prob many) Competitors must wear non-flammable clothing extended from ankles to neck to wrists. Nylon clothing is not permitted. Shoes must be closed toe. this will be strictly enforced. and we will be checking during scrutinizing. Driver and passenger have to wear long sleeves and pants and be non flammable..turn up in shorts and tshirt and you will be on a mission to kmart prior to racing!!!

ya so there a grace period to pay the rego of 3 months after that rego canceled and u start again rwc and such. but it illegal to drive it during that period as u have no insurance and such. plus big fines and such

not sure about amount, but every time I have seen them in action they have a bunch of ppl pulled over. and some will be in teh clear. eg if I have lost my license even if some-one else is driving my car they get pulled for a check. But I think the amount of un reg/ un lic on the street would scare most ppl. And really with todays modern policing, ie all about speed cameras, so long as Bin laden was under the speed limit he could have been hanging in Victoria for the past 10 years and he would have been still safe!

from their site: Spectators are more than welcome, and there is no cost to come and watch. Also you can go for a ride in the cars but you must sign on with a Passenger indemnity first. Due to the amount of passengers at previous events our insurer has put a small levy on passengers of $20. You can just pay this when you sign the forms at the Scrutineering office. So if u can talk some-one into a ride 20$ for some passenger laps!
