  1. Ouch mate! How noisy was the engine?? Or did it just go bang?
  2. Really spewing I missed this - had been looking forward to it all year end even checked the Phillcom website several times but for some reason only saw stuff about last years (which was awesome!). Note to self - check the events section more regularly.
  3. Oh no shit - was that you mate in the white VL? Should've stopped and said hi. I thought you'd seen a ghost!!
  4. Purple R33 GTR with gold rims heading across the train line on Port Rd around 11am today.
  5. Saw a really clean gun metal grey R32 4 door with black rims today around 12pm on cnr Sudholz and North East Rd. Cleanest I've seen in a long time.
  6. Gee this is panning out like the movie 'The Usual Suspects'!!! Yes I'm still down the road.......
  7. Hey Jarrad, think you'll find it lives around the corner from you! Do the pics above look familar?? (Oh and it's not a NUR spec unfortunately).
  8. Spotted quite a few today whilst out on a Sunday drive - nice white 260RS Stagea on cnr of Glynburn Rd and Payneham Rd, spoke to the driver - hi if you're on here. Later on saw a Blue R34 GTR (not the same on as we were cruising with) turn right off Goodwood Rd onto Springbank + a lot of other randoms - was definately a good day for it. A few pics below of our little group at Windys today.
  9. Is there anything left on it to sell Rod?? Ryan told me a funny story today about the insurance company!!!
  10. Oh man - not another one, see this car around a fair bit (before it was stolen), will definately keep an eye out. Making me nervous about mine now - but touch wood they'd have a hard job getting to it!
  11. An update for you all - car has been found..... I'll let Rod update with details when he's ready (hope you don't mind me posting on your behalf mate).
  12. Pretty crappy DSLR vid (93MB)- but hopefully will do until someone with a decent video camera puts some up..... http://members.ozemail.com.au/~32godzilla/...s_race_gtrs.avi
  13. Rodney - sorry to hear mate, after all the money you've put into that car.... looked tuff as too when I saw you on Thurs driving up South Rd around Melrose Park. If you need anything mate yell out.
  14. Spotted and drove with a bunch of skylines today heading down Main South Rd to McLaren Vale - 3 or so R33's, an R34 GTR, and a couple of others incl a 370z (I think). Was nice to see a random cruise going on.
  15. Prefer these ones!! (Actually just swapping with a mate for a couple of weeks). Thinking about buying a set though - especially with 275/30/19's! Also spotted a couple of times now a white R33 GTS-T with white rims getting around the Morphett Vale / Christies area.
  16. Hey mate - nice 32 GTR you got there, the stance and rim fitment is perfect. Did I see aftermarket brakes too?? Oh - and last night followed a black Stagea (with CC plates) down Brodie Rd from Sherrifs Rd in the Lonsdale area.
  17. Digging this oldish thread up again, thought I'd add my opinion after just having -7's fitted to my Stag. After a quick run through the hills I can say that there is definately a lot more power there than I had with my old 34 turbos. At this stage I haven't had it re-tuned (running a PFC) but it pulls so much harder and the response seems to be the same as the old turbos. My mate has just bought a 33 GTR with -5's (with a built engine though), so will interesting to see how much quicker his car is. I'm definately not disappointed with the -7's, but it is a daily driver after all with a stock engine. If it were a weekend car with a built engine I probably would've gone the -5's.
  18. ^^^ Ouch - not good mate. Spotted my mates new GTR at my house yesterday, very nice purchase - just need to get the rego transferred.....
  19. I think I'd rather chop an arm off than sell that! THE best 34 GTR I've ever seen (these 3 pics below have been my wallpaper(s) for about a year!)
  20. Yeah no stress mate - car's not too bad although haven't opened it up much, kept the boost below 0.5bar for the drive home. Started it this morning and didn't blow any smoke so not sure - will do a compression test soon and see what's up with it. Worst thing was got home around 3pm and the house had been broken into and around $10k worth of stuff stolen - bloody pricks. So wasn't really the best day I've ever had, was supposed to fly to Darwin this morning as well but don't have a suitcase anymore so that didn't happen!!!
  21. Would love to but off to Darwin again the next day so won't have time.
  22. semislickR32 - you may be able to change days, I just got an email from John Bowe saying that there's 2 spots available for Monday. Call them and ask - you never know!
  23. Good stuff Jamie! Got some excellent shots there, was hoping someone had some snaps of the spins. And yeah, the one of David ^^^ is gold!!
