ive spoken to ben yeah he helped me out but i still want a second opinion he told me to go the 3071 charger and swap my turbo over then rank rotary who tuned my car said they wouldnt do that they would put a cam in and flow the head i understand that the rb20 doesnt like cams too much more opinions cant be bad

ok i will call em all up on monday the thing is everyone tells you different things i need someone that really knows the rb20 and about bits of the turbo chargers

Ok i want a name and number of a trustworthy mechanic (eastern suburbs vic) that really knows about different turbos for the rb20 and rb25 as i have one thats too big i dont wanna make the same mistake again who knows there stuff that i can take the car too on monday and get proper advice and not hear say thanks im really in the sh#t

Exhaust is supposed to be 3 inch dont think its any particular brand. high flow cat and i think its a hybrid coola. no bov im running 20psi probably wouldnt go more than that anything lower boost the turbocharger doesnt make anywhere near as much power its only effiecient at high levels who else can tune a wolf 3d version 5 that knows the rb20? i really need someone that knows my tuner said i should get a cam and high flow the head? is this correct?

so you rekon sell the whole thing as is and go for the gt28 i wanna really make sure this time i would like to even get all the part numbers ect so i know exactly what to buy will that come on boost alot lower (4000 till 7500) and build boost lower at like 3000? Any other opinions? Please i wanna order one on monday

Hey guys i need help from the experts i just recently did some work to my r32 i need your help as you have had a similar setup I have gone overkill on turbo size i think i listened / trusted a mate of mine that thinks he knows everything now im up the shit. this is my setup 217rwkw Fmic fuel pump 660cc denso injectors (also overkill i might change to gtr ones) im after 250rwkw max? will gtr ones handle this? gt30 a/r 0.7 im not sure on other specs of turbo i think he said something about 0.63 but im not too sure on the plate it says 70077-5014 i spoke too someone else and they said the compressor wheel is too big for the engine but housing is ok i not too sure i dont know much im still learning Wolf ver 5 top mount manifold 3inch exhaust The guy i spoke too said i should buy a 3071 turbo with 0.81 housing and basically swap the turbos over in the housing so i can sell the other compressor wheel with the 0.81 to someone with a r33 im not sure about this? at the moment my car hits boost at like 5000 and drops off at 6500 its way too lagy for me I want too hit boost at maybe 3500 4000 (4500 max if its at this level i will try a cam) i dont know anything about turbo's thats where i screwed up in the first place my car is only makin 217rwkw I need help sorry bout the long thread even if you have contacts i can call that know the rb20 and about turbo chargers id appreciate it Ive searched and stuff but i get no where i need to talk properly with someone or get somone to analyse my setup Thanks i would really appreciate help. anthony

What do you mean by light load air fuel Ratio is that a tunning thing?

I have 660cc denso injectors im pushing out 220rwkw but on normal driving im only getting just under 300km per tank i know i went over kill on my injectors but do you think if i went the gtr injectors it would be worth it Would i save more fuel or will it be the same still? Im running a wolf ver 5

well i just had some major work done on my car and there is no way i will get away with it if i pop my bonnet to a cop i know everyone says if you drive sensibly you wont get pulled over but i think that is a load of BS if you drive at night on the main roads where all the P platers drag and play around you will get pulled over my question is that has anyone got any tips for avoiding a cop from popping the bonnet? for example maybe dissconecting the bonnet pull latch and telling them its broken and i need a screwdriver to pop the latch? i dont know what do you guys think or has anyone got away with it before

Im Selling A Low mount Stainless Manifold Modified for external waste gate To Fit T3 Flange Im Told It will give around 30kw This Manifold Is Still Brand New ive Painted it Black To make it harder for cops to pick up on i was going to put it on my car but in the end had to go high mount becuase my turbocharger was too big. i want $450 it will fit the rb20 and i think maybe the rb25 too it fits to the stock turbocharger as well so its a good upgrade im willing to post cause its not too big not to sure on cost but we could work something out for pick up im in Endeavour hills victoria phone anthony on 0417 630 423
