I was reading in the WTB section, one of the guy's is after a Fuel Cap because of fumes leaking from the fuel lid...."sniffy" hit the nail on the head,,,there's probably nothing wrong with the cap at all,,, I have swapped 3 fuel caps off my wifes demos,,,still leaking. It's more likely lazy Compliancers using silicone to seal the filler neck insert. I have the same problem and have been told to remove the insert and seal it properly using Sikaflex,,,,,.I'm wondering if anybody else has or had this problem and how they fixed it. Neil.
