SLY33 they are stock height and feel good. I bought the car with standard rims,the lock nuts and bolts how ever were aluminium. The suspension is Ohlin's and quite bumpy. This was my concern and the reason I started this thread, I did not want it to get any worse. I had always thought they took a good set rims off this car from the start. You would not believe it ,the car now drives like it should have these rims and tyres. Hardly any bumps and better control. Maybe the suspension was tuned to 10 INCH Rims and wider tyres. I am not sure , but ride ,turn and feel has changed for the better.

I bought Redline shockproof for my GTR and just did the change, what a difference. I also had crunch from 3rd to 4th.NO CRUNCHING NOW. Reading the specs, the Burson's sales staff after asking my car type said the redline-shockproof was the oil required for the gear box . So why are people saying not to use it? It is on paper from redline as a dirrect replacement oil. Try Redline first, then see if it works. Cost $110 4L approx. Do a gear box re-build when it's nakkered

Hello, My final project is to upgrade the cams on my GTR. Adjustable gears are already fitted and most of my reading has me a bit confused. Some installers suggest changing the spring and bolts and others are just happy to swap the cams. I am a strong believer of" better safe than sorry", idiology. What are your suggestions on this? I have access to Tomie Poncams ,but am unsure on Bolts and Springs I need. So if anyone here knows were to buy these cheaply that would be great. Thanks in advance Tekin

Dude, They look great on all silvia's and are still rated as the best balanced rim on the track for R33's. Sorry, if you did not know there worth. They are this price also because the tyres are nearly brand new(Check the photo out and this is the front.), i would never buy second hand tyres but if they were this good i would re-considered.There are some poor second hand ones out there. If anyone is just after the rims,I can sell them for $1500. Cheers

By memory, The most important is the active lsd. Some people believe at over 180km's an hour the thing can want to get out of shape abit. Buy the best gtr you can see v-spec is only a wanker thing. Cheers

GTR35. I am all for that. If we don't get it through Nissan, we'll get it out of Japan..eventually. That's what i think.. What's the use of it coming out here if we can't afford it anyway. Let's face it ,we are all motor enthausiasts, who love bang for bucks. This is why the Skyline is so popular. Not many on here can afford 200K for a car otherwise we would be on the Porsche Forums. Hello, Varun I am curious in what you have in mind for this vehicle? If you are trying to get high dyno results ,if you are racing or if you want a great sports car. Why is everything about AWKW's or RWKW's or at the fly? Why are 1/4 Miles so important here, if the car rolls doing 80Kms an hour around a corner? The best i have heard is someone doing 500AWKW's at 9500RPM at 30psi boost.This would be great on the street...lol. So what are you building this thing for? Just by saying you want the horses does not mean you can deliver them to the ground. A all round package is the desired result. Most Japanese tuners go to great lengths to work out all the mods. then all the supporting mods. Then they go about trying to reach there goals .The vehicles i have seen on video from Japan and the highly tuned ones are not drivable everyday,so I am assuming this is not going to be driven everyday.And when they do drive them they are in a de-tuned state. Sure slap on the biggest twins or largest single but you are going to feel like you are on a push bike until you hit 5000RPM.

Hello, Have run 245/45/17 Hankook 104's on my GTR. Have changed my rims and now run 275/35/18 Hangkook 104's With WORK XD9 18 by 10's in gunmetal Hankook have just released there 107's but expect to pay $500 per corner. Anyway 8000km on first set has seen almost no wear(rims are for sale with tyres) Wet- 8 Dry- 9 Price - 10 Y rated The maxima runs A539's by yokohama , not much driving done on this set approx.15000kms Still good as new. Wet- 9 dry- 8 price- 10 I had purchased them on sale 225/55/15 for $120 a corner 2 years ago It is amazing to see how much tyres have increased in price over this thread. Oil prices and steel prices,including some hefty commisions are being made. We should all organise a group buy for tyres,pick a brand ,pick 4 to 5 sizes and organise the buy.

Guys....get back on the subject. New performance tyres under $300. Not second hand for Fiddy bucks . Or nankangs for hundred cause i don't go faster than hundred What is the point of saying.. I got a set for free given to me by my uncle and they are great and have lasted me 20000KM's I think they are dunlop...lol

Hey i can sell it for 350 Maybe some-one should get SAU Nismo China knock off's made. We could make a killing. And as far as removing the photo and price.......cost less to increase the price. Maybe they are holding some in stock for the stupid.
