  5. City west is aminly used as it is central. Its easy for people to get to. There are heaps of other options. Mindarie, Sorrento, Karrinyup, Balcatta, belmont etc etc. If you make the meet point and maps, people will go to it if they want to cruise. Hope some/most of you guys are coming out on the 8th. (see link below)
  6. 4 Doors dont really have a lot more room. Its just easier access to the rear is all. I was going to buy a 4 door because i have a couple of kids, but after looking at both, the coupe had more leg room in the back seat. Most parts will be interchangeable as longs as its the same model (r32. r33 etc etc) It will get tricky if you go from 32 to 33 etc. The parts that arent interchangeble should not be too hard to find the parts that you need from any number of places, like C-Red for example. Jash there has done enough conversions to be able to find what you need. There are probably plenty of other shops to, just check the consolidated workshop thread for some more.
  7. Are you coming out on this one Gary? We try to set these events for weekends that you cant make it....you know that. Maybe we need to change the date hey mate? LOL

    A Duck

LOL yeah random is a bit of an understatement. Im not even sure why it exists or what the moral of the story is!

    A Duck

I was going to post this is WT as an extremly random thing. But the duck thread seemed more fitting. http://www.filecabi.net/video/c09afa850f1130f.html NOT WORK SAFE. CONTAINS funny but OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE!!! Poor duck.
  12. More Police hoon activity on Video! http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=_vpxY04nRxo#GU5U2spHI_4
  13. Short of ringing every person in Perth with a Skyline, what more can i do? LOL I didnt know about the pagent thing until the other night. My wife asked if we shoudl take the kids to it and i said "No i cant, i have an SAUWA Cruise at citywe.......oh f**k!" LOL Hopefully most people will see this, or hear about this. Dingus, be there mate! Its not a race so it doesnt matter if its stock etc. I have stock rims Many cars come out, even non-turbos so how fast your car is tends to be slightly irrelevant
  14. I have. The result was not in favour to the group buy. 2 different venuse were used. Our Wanneroo race way and a skid pan for motorkhana style tight turns etc. Both locations, Teins were faster. Also, this includes a semi professional driver, and he was unaware of what changes were being made. And before its bought up, set other than that was the same (alignment settings, tyres, pressures etc) and from memory i think the temp differece between the 2 days was around 5 degrees.
  15. HAHAHA yeah ok. So in your personal opinion, Japan and its manufacturers are behind in the technology area? Yeah right..i see. I have a question for you: If the Bilstein kits that are developed are absolutely the best thing the world has seen, why do they not do that number of sales in Japan? Also, over 7kg the tyre is "outside its prefered range"? Well that would depend on what tyre it is yeah? (side wall strength, pressure, compund, temp?) I am in agreeance completly that stronger springs, or excessively stong" springs cause a negative handling effect, but why do you bag out every single kit on the market that is not your own developed Bilstein kit? Bilsteins are a fantastic shock absorber. They are definately up there in quality and they work...but i can say from first hand experience that the Super Street Teins give my car a much faster lap time. The adjustments on the Tein are simple...16 clicks that adjusts both bump and rebound at the same time. So, if it is cold or wet etc, i can simply soften the suspension to suit. If the day is warm, track temp is up etc, a firmer suspension will definately benefit. Its beyond me why you continue to knock adjustable shock absorbers? Is it because Bilstein dont do a cost effective Adjustable Shock? Just curious. Thats my 2 cents.
  16. Email it to me?
  17. Let me know where and when lol
  18. I cant see that being a problem...they are nissans...except for the rex
  19. ^^ or how about when they ring up for pricing on several parts or something, you give them all the prices, info etc which takes 10 minutes....then they say "can you give me those prices again so i can write them down...oh wait, i just need to find a pen". You knew you were going to get infomation, if you want to write it down, by all means go for it, but be friggin ready!!!!! Dont make me do it twice.....prices may change the second time around LOL
  20. They should go to his house, confiscate his own personal car, give him an outrageous fine that does not suit the crime, and take his license for at least 6 months!
  21. Meet point has been changed due to me finding out about the kids Christmas Pagent in Perth City on the same night, at the same time! Please be sure to note it as now the meet point is Karrinyup!!
  22. Tein Aus Spec Super Streets are by far the better option. Adjustable height and dampers. At least with adjustable dampers you can change it to suit conditions.
  23. And here i am thinking ive found something new and interesting!
