Just found out yesterday about a grey wrx with a big wing and aftermarket exhaust (possibly a confiscated vehicle???)

Central coast has a Purple and Blue (has had for quite a while) one like the lime green one.... also an array of undercover cars.. some with the child mesh stretched over the rear window I work next door to a place that works on the new HWP cars before they are put to work - they apparantly went to colours other than the usual white due to resale value... no one was buying the white ones at auction.. they have had more success selling at higher prices with the different coloured cars.

If anyone else that raced on the day wants a copy let me know ... il burn a heap and can post em from work or bring them to the monthly dinner on Saturday

Love the sound of that machine! I was standing there listening to it and Steve (my bf) goes that sounds sick as a dog.... I laughed so hard and explained that it was meant to sound like that! He is a ford boy and I have only just managed to get him into a wrx.... baby steps

hmmm I have the RB74's in the front and their Comp 2's in the rear... mine don't squeel... although I put slotted rotors on front & rear at the same time... not sure if it helped having new rotors I found the RB74's are quite dusty though... could be just my rims showing it up more though??????

I have a spare clutch fan but it has been shaved for the intercooler pipe to fit in... I looked around for one which had not been shaved for ages! took months but I just got one last week

Thanks for a great day guys... just wish the rain held off a little longer! Chubbs... I think my best time was a 14.01 something... First run of the day on street tyres Lucas did a 13.201 - third slipped a bit though! Lucas was runnning in the low 14's after that also - worked out that the pin to the master cylinder that we made was a smidgen too long.... hence 2nd & 3rd was slipping..... didn't get a chance to test it out heaps as the clutch was only finished being installed late Saturday! We put the semi's I had lying around on after the lunch and he ran a 13.3 (clutch was nice & cold!)... Heading back down either this wednesday or next with the clutch sorted and some MT's.... hoping to crack the high 12's.... (with Lucas driving.. I just want to get in the 13's!)

You might be surprised... the Melbourne warehouse has heaps of skyline parts in stock... most things for my 33 are overnight to NSW. Just ring and ask .... they will also tell u if another model nissan fits. If you haven't dealt with your local nissan be prepared to give them your VIN also... so they can search the right parts catalogues.
