  1. ***Driver's Side sold, Passenger Side (the one with the mirror) still available***
  2. OMFG! You were competing in a swimming pool. Good to hear no-one came too unstuck, that's really surprising
  3. No, we're just mentioning that a remapped ECU won't effect the auto control side of things whereas an aftermarket ECU generally will.
  4. Still required.
  5. Yes
  6. Agreed. I swear by a re-mapped ECU. That way the trans remains happy and you have a stealth tune that a police officer can't detect and can be easily de-tuned for EPA purposes. No-one's the wiser (without taking your ECU apart.)
  7. I know with my extremely basic (but custom) auto trans in the Pulsar the ECU retards timing on gear changes, which is something a PowerFC cannot do. If you have a read Apexi recommend not using a PowerFC in an auto car.
  8. Mine has happened at ~132,000. I bought the car at ~117,000.
  9. Red R34 coupe on Wicklow Avenue in Croydon at about 8am this morning.
  10. F*ck, just my luck - Nissan have none in stock. 2 weeks lead time from Japan. Car will have been off the road for 3 weeks by the time they arrive.
  11. There's not plenty of time when I don't have $8000 handy for parts alone Thanks for the vids Martin!
  12. I heard August being mentioned
  13. Another grey R35 GT-R this morning, this time on Wicklow Avenue outside Croydon Market and Croydon Station.
  14. N15 SSS box + PAR 1st-5th billet straight cut gearset + crown wheel and pinion + heavy duty clutch + Nismo 1.5 way LSD is the plan. Need to get the driving down pat first, in the meantime I can save. http://www.gccorp.com.au/automotive/produc...?products_id=45 http://www.gccorp.com.au/automotive/produc...products_id=114 http://www.gccorp.com.au/automotive/produc...;products_id=36 Not cheap.
  15. Yup, that's what I'm aiming towards - not before next DECA though. It's a little expensive.
  16. Red Ferrari (looked like a current shape, I have no idea on models) and a yellow Lambo Gallardo parked in Coldstream and then following me into Lilydale at about 11am today. Reasonably young lady driving the red Fezza, guy driving the Lambo.
  17. He sure knows how to make everyone jealous
  18. Grey R35 GT-R, standard plates going through the burnt-out Toolangi State Forest bound for Yea at about 10:20am.
  19. haha, hopefully. I thought he was going to topple. That was some massive two wheel action Thanks the Leon, Wayne, Shane & Crew for letting me stay with them, and Leon and Wayne and Rob for taking me out on the skidpan in the afternoon. Glad I could help, I should have brought a chair though. Legs and back are a bit sore today from so much standing Lots of a great driving, and of course some entertaining skids courtesy of Al as per usual hehe My hat has made it back to Melbourne, but someone popped my cock and balls balloon last night To anyone who cares, I started learning to drive manual today when I got back. I'm wrecked
  20. Bump
  21. Sorry to hear. Mine's shift solenoids, they're getting replaced this weekend. It was an expense I didn't need right now.
  22. Typical huh? Both the cars are auto and the reason I can't attend is because I've got auto trans problems in both. What are the odds?
