spotted a f**king HOT AS r31 gts-r whilst i was in melb last week for work, not sure of the area etc, as im from sydney. but it was that olive kinda baby spew green, with FAT te37's in black and brembo's allround... with a pimp body kit etc, easily best r31 2door ive ever seen in real life.

just noticed in another thread actualy. that hks make a "drag" c.v shaft... not sure if its an old product or you can still get them... im assumingtheyre stronger

the epa in particular heve an issue with such a devcie, as its a device that can temporarily alter the emissions of the car, be it noise and actual gase's.... any temporary emission control device is illegal, aswell as anything that can alter the emission's other then factory, e.g aftermarket computer,bov etc

even the brand new falcon has this system, although it wasnt fitted for noise, it was fitted for emission's so i was told.... regardless if the epa catch's a temporary silencing device, your even more f**ked then if you just went over the normal limit.... trust me its not worth the hassle. just make your car a reasonable noise level.

ive broken the same side c.v shaft in a r32 gtr before, that was due to a close to redline launch, replaced it with a 2nd hand c.v shaft and its been fine ever since... so im guessing it was on the way out, not caused by any particular problem..... are you replacing with reco'ed?2nd hand? new?
