  1. Go the stockers! ... for now
  2. Nah not at all, has been in there for a good 2 months, no problems at all. 1 is only an amp for speakers and the other is a DVD unit reciever.
  3. I also did an amp rack/bracket under the HICAS, wipped it up out of some stainless.
  4. looks awesome, put up soem pics with the new exhaust on it.
  5. what version number of nero is that exactly?
  6. Are you the guy with the plates IMPULSE? I was behind you for most of the way, your car looks fat as! Really nice.
  7. Don't know, wasnt me goin to the 'nasho', we pretty much left as we didnt know what was goin on with the cops etc, so we just headed somewhere for some food, which was Brighton and a bit of a decent cruise home back to Castle Hill on the M4, I think we had some people following us from what I hear, but I didnt know they were actually following us to go where we were going! Thought they were just heading home.
  8. nasho??? We went down through Bay Street at Brighton on the way home to grab a bite tp eat. I remember seeing you on the on the way when we got stuck at the lights, but not afterwards.
  9. I made mine a tight fit, especially with the back seat and the rear window, therfore the rear seat pretty much clamps mine into place, I had planned to use bolts but so far I havent seen the need. No rattles or anything at all.
  10. Sorry mate didnt really mean to! I was on the lookout to see if anyone was following us after everyone split up as it seemed, but it didnt seem like it. What car were you in? If I had known you were still behind us I surely would have invited uz down to Brighton with us. Maybe next time.
  11. I got the dynamat bulk pack off ebay for about $200, off quicksmarttechnology i think there name was. I did my doors and I have plenty left over to do my boot. From what I have seen and heard, the brush on stuff can be a pain and pretty messy, dynamat is pretty much like putting contact on your doors (not really as easy)
  12. I think it was still a good night regardless, it was the stooges in the FWD things that were doing the burnouts that got us done anyways! Thos pics are awesome! Post up more pics people.
  13. Im thinking of going to the carwash behind Long John silvers Kings Park at around 8 as Im meeting another mate there, so if anyone else is in the area we can meet then cruise it to meet everyone else, just a thought...
  14. The meet up is 9, I live near Kings Park Maccas/Long John Silvers. So I think I want to be leaving by just after 8, as I dont go around Liverpool much so I dont know there area too good. Anyone else from Blacktown/Castle Hill?
  15. I can safely say I'm in for sure, (+ bringing another 33) whether its downpour or dry. Is anyone heading down to Liverpool from around the BLACKTOWN area?
  16. ok, I had fusion powerplants which I plan to put in my 33, and they require a ported box with around 50L volume or about 1.5cu.ft, plus a 4" diameter, 15" long port, Ive experimented alot when it was in my old run-around car, and I found it definatly needed the port and the bigger the box was the better. Looks like I have a bit of stuffing around ahead of me! Once again yours looks really good, could you please post up links to the tutorials you used to do it, Ive done a thousand boot installs but never delved into fibreglass, I think doing the glassing wouldnt be too complex, but I just cant see how you cant get the carpet to stick the way it does to all those curves on the box... hence why I need some tutorials...
  17. I have put dynamat extreme on a few ee series 2's, if you do it properly, i.e. on the inner and outer door sheet metal, you cant go wrong. It will make your doors sound firmer, as well as make your door speakers sound awesome. To give you an idea, the pioneer splits in my doors put out more bass than the kenwood 6x9s which I have mounted in an MDF parcel shelf.
  18. I did mine a littel while back, put some pioneers in there, take a look.
  19. That looks really good, is the box to the specified volume though? I was thinking of the same setup, although I thought I would need to utilise the space of the rear quarters behind the factory crapet panel as well as into the boot.
  20. Hey steve, Im the guy that bough your stock wheels off you. incase you dont know. I ended up making mine out of 16mm MDF, got 6x9s in there with only minor spacing, carpeted it black, looks great, cant see a thing from outside with tinted windows. Thanks for the advice that day.
  21. I'm Excited!
  22. C- pillar covers are all clips after you unbolt the seatbelts and handles up the top, can be really hard to get off and easy to break the clips
  23. Another new guy >> Would come and bringing a mate...
