  2. got told yesterday about it bet it was an auto with a shagged engine lol...as time goes by the more i think i might just finish my project... i was also able to get the fjdett pics out of my phone now, they are only small so sorry again stupid phone...
  3. ok ok its not mine yet i told the bloke i'm interested! but would have to wait at least 2 weeks for this re-financing of me home to produce money in my bank! so asked him to let me know if he sells it between now and then? but went out to look at me baby today and she does look quite sad in a good way?? like a dog with a broken leg just about to get its cast off!
  4. this is what i'm willing to give my r30 for!! ANT did you read the list of work done :headspin: what a weapon a rb26dett dr30 would be!!!!
  5. oh thats still going ahead, its just i have the found a new toy today and it involves letters like gts-x rb and 26dett nismo 2 seats and a roll cage :headspin:
  6. ok if you can get your hands on a set of imported hr31 front struts you can bolt gtst callipars and rotors streight on, are the hr30 and dr30 rear calipars the same?
  7. just asking what you pay for the petrol you use the last time you put some in? bp ultimate: 95.4c/L gold coast QLD.
  8. just got given some info from the gold coast bulletin about the future of the V8s' at indy.. they need to upgrade the pit area to allow enough room for the number of cars in the championship now! if this upgrade is not done then the V8s will have to be removed from the bill... they are asking poeple to answer this question: "Do you support a new pit area on Macintosh island to keep the V8 Supercars at indy?" All you have to do is SMS yes or no, or provide a comment under 25 words, and SMS it to: 0416905147 you can email your opinion to [email protected] the problem they are facing is its a park and they need to remove trees (2%) 30 trees in total, it will mean more parking for the area and the V8s' will run at indy in the future. if you like to go to indy and see the V8s' then let them know!! Thanks, Matt....

  13. if you have the time to go through the r30 skylines thread these quite a few pics of good ones in there, try www.r31skylineclub.com members gallary for pics of good r31s'...
  14. i've seen a non turbo version of this engine producing 400kw put into a 800kg sports car about a year ago.
  15. with the hr31 stuff your talking changing struts too.. to make it a bolt on thing? here pics of what we need??
  16. No! there to close together for the later calipars you'd need to get custom calipar mounts made, thats the problem the front struts wont let you bolt on any decent calipers and the rotors incorparate the hubs so you have to fabracate something to upgrade an all... r33 in the N/A version have the 4x114.3 stud pattern so there rotors and calipars should slip and bolt on to the silvia fronts??
  17. its alive, there was a thread in the suspension section on here that had some good ideas but its been removed, did anyone work with the silvia fronts idea?
  18. they are great, strong and for the most reliable... the best thing is that most are owned by older people from new! a mate picked old up from the auctions for $1700 89' ser 3 250,000km but drives like new the only problem with his is the central locking is broken! the problems i've had are the auto trans slipping, diff went bang, and the rest is general wear and tear with any cars.. i'd say for value there brilliant, power its N/a so you can get it with minor $$ changes..
  19. did nissan import jap spec r32 gtr's when they were released over here? off topic abit, does anyone know whatkind of numbers nissan released of the 350Z here?

  23. they are different to the other models, have you read the post from the start as theres heaps of info on brakes back there some where, i might go to my first post and put some kind of page index for the different things we've talked about! i have to say go the endless greenstuff for the front and black stuff for the rear and you wont look back...
