question, what size brakes does the non turbo r30 run, thats on the 4wheel disk version??

cyrius, if its any thing to ya ive got a 5speed box from the old engine sitting around i was going to use it on my hatch but never got around to it, its still attached to the old engine (l20et).

there are a few from subzero that with there slight changes can run close if not in that time bracket??

i think it 7500 thats the factor claim (something to do with ecu) as there are chips and other computer things you can get that change it, one i look at raized it to 8200 (rev limiter)????

it also removes the speed limiter as a part of it though so if you look at the cost of one of those then its not so bad ? plus the display is pretty cool.

take any euro super car they also have a super price, they have also been making these cars for years and the development is mostly based around a long racing history. sorry have to go there again, in another speed artical where they put a twin turbo 996 up against an r34 gtr, one thing that stuck in my mind was this statement. {when the gt-r bucked and tiptoed down the wet drag strip at traffic pace, the porsche took a foot-full of throttle and propelled to well over the legal road limit.} all that said for just under 300000 dollars it should or you might ask for your money back! think i got of the topic alittle there,sorry !

Rezz, when you say exchange it for one of thiers, is that that they produce the 260km panel? i did notice that they are completly different gages to the ones mine has (in terms of display levels).

stu_r30 your car was a non turbo right, so theres no boost gage, is the engine in or are you able to run it out side the car?? red or silver top?

also to answer my own question it was the R32 GT-R [GODZILLA] now theres 70 grand i'd part with for a showroom car,released in 1989.

theres a lot of them here on the coast mostly owned by old men and are stock standard. I could think of a few other ways to spend something like 70 grand though.

stupid question, when you talk of release in oz are we talking hi or low volume, its just i carnt remember the last time i walked into a nissan showroom to get a skyline. what was the last model skyline you could order through nissan itself?

oh i dont know, one thing the SPEED artical does have is pictures of both v35 and 350z put next to each other, and i have to say the 350z looks a little pHata, this maybe just my outlook on the total redesign of the skyline look though, i dont think there is a single curved panal on my car unless you count the wheel arches!!

but doesn't the opening picture to the story just remind you of some add for some mercedes line, just that big grill steering right at you?

has anyone seen the latest SPEED mag as they have a artical on the HKS G35 they through in the terms R35 and 350gt-tt ,as well as the term prototype. with the tail end in some of the pictures there seems to be also 350GT to the right or maybe just a HKS special touch (looks nice though).

in terms of fairly unique this 260km/h dash cluster shouldnt weight more than the one i allready have should it.

it seems to be the big killer with the r30 imports, with freight i know as i recently imported something that weighted 1.1kgs and that was $54 to send.

there is'nt that many true DR30RS turbos here in oz, R234GTT-R is right through, things other than fj engine parts would be good, there are 16 r30 owners here on this forum and at least half have inquired about things like lights,dashes, front bars and other mostly cosmetic things so if you do consider us then you may be more inclined to look at this side of it.
