well its fixed for now, nrma came and started it, he had no idea as well, just cranked it pumped some fuel in and it kinda spluttered to life, it misfired a bit at the start then ran ok. Weird... Hope all is alright. could it be a blocked fuel line? or fuel pump? The nrma guy said something bout maybe some moisture on the circuits or in the afm...but the engine bay is dry despite the non stop rain. any other insights would be greatly appreciated

Ok where to start, full tank of petrol, no additives, BP ultimate, only had the car for 2months, last week changed the oil, no out of the ordinary noises, smells when starting, cranks over like usual, engine fires up for a few rpm then shuts off. I have v/basic mods cept this thing called a billion VFC (variable fan controller) come to think of it, that was the last thing i was mucking around with last night. i turned it on and managed to get into the change settings part while driving, i set something then decided i had no idea what it does so i decided to turn it off by pulling out the cord that connects it (no on/off switch) If i reflashed the cpu would that fix it?

I have no idea whats wrong, tried to go to the gym this morning but the car wont start. It cranks over and the engine starts then cuts out straight away.

Found it For those in the same predicament there is a metal wire clip that holds it in place. It runs around the bottom and top of the bulb stem. you can feel a slightly "rounder" part of the wire around the bottom, if you push it and wiggle it a bit the clip comes loose and ur in.

Hey all, hoping to find some answers, Just bought a DEH-P6850mp and the random fucntion doesnt seem to work, when you turn it on you expect to be able to randomly fast forward to different mp3s in different folders but it just switches between track1 in each folder. It has happend in my bro's head unit and a friends as well, all pioneer different models. Is it not supposed to do that but only randomly select a song after a song has ended? Is it a problem or is there something im missing?

Does anyone know what this does or have any experience with it? When i got my skyline the dealer said it was a turbo timer and i havent looked at it till today. Its not a turbo timer cause its connected to the ecu or something not ignition harness

Today im a proud owner of a r33 Skyline, went for my first fillup of BP ultimate and for some reason the car started leaking petrol during fillup from the nozzle hole! Now before anyone jumps to conclusions, the tank was empty by the guage and i only put in 20ltrs cause its a thurs and fuel is $1.54!!! Any ideas on why?
