Hey guys, I have a HKS turbo kit with manifold and all its a High Mount T51R How high is this manifold compared to the 6boost? anyone have dimensions of a 6boost rb26 high mount manifold? I dont mind hacking the frame of the bonnet..... but i wont chop the actual bonnet skin anyone using this manifold on a 32 GTR and made it fit? Thanks!

hi-flow turbo does not need larger injectors.... if your on a budget even a safc2 will suffice should get the 225rwkw your after your gonna need a bigger turbo then hi-flow to hit 250rwkw

yeh gktechs been around for ages the best of the cheaper/generic stuff

rough figures bottom end pistons 1k rods 1k gasket kit 400 a/m headgasket 300 bearings 300 oil pump 400 for n1 or 1.3k for jap a/m ones water pump 200 jun crank collar 200 head cams 900 valve springs 450 valve guides 400 prep, deck, bore, clean the block 800 pressure and crack test head 1k assembly 800 remove and install engine from your car 1.5k that is nearly a complete overhaul some would say valve springs, valves etc arent needed @ your power level and just use a drop in set of cams, then you think about sump extension if you want to do some track work etc etc all comes down to budget

how important is the harmonic balancer on 26/30 builds? say redline is at 7 or 8k?

well internal work isnt mandatory......... some engines last some dont, comes down to the engines health and the tune really some people say mid 300s some say 400 can be done with the rb25 on stock internals how big are you balls? higher hp = more wear and tear = engine dies faster (in theory anyway) if you cant afford a rebuild, id keep it mild

never personally used it before but they seem to have a huge net presense esp on forums etc similar dump pipes to what justjap sells?

2860-10 do exist however they are GT-RS equivelents will be laggy as shit for a street car, however your bottom end wont hold its power for long depending on your power goals id go 2860-7 (Garret) aka GT-SS (HKS) closer to the high 300awhp or 2860-5 (Garret) aka GT2530s (HKS) high 400s

assuming its a stock block just oversize it to 86.5 (stock 86) that way you have 1 bore left incase you f**k up and the engine builder has new bores to work with

turbo 2k gt3076 off horsepowerinabox.com the bolt on version, internal gate water lines 200-300 dump/front if you dont already have it ecu should crack 300rwhp easily or the HKS GT-RS bolt on kit under 2.5k from japan + ecu should also do it
