  1. i use to have an old beemer like that (e30 323i) and from reading around found that the newer e34 motors fit in with not to much problem, meaning u could go a motor form a e34 328 or for best results a 3.2lt m3 motor, cause that would rock or maybe a smaller 320 motor, but why would u do that?
  2. 1. Nismo (pressed null vote by accident, sooooooooooo sorry ) 2. RB25DET - 215rwkw nismo pump, gt2530 everything else stock 3. - Ease of installation - same as a stocker, had its own bracket on it, took old one out slid in new one, sits in the tank - Noise level in cabin - can hear it whine with no radio on andjust ideling around, otherwise dont normally hear it - Starting issues - none - 1/4 tank syndrome - havent run it dry yet, and i dont plan too, but i have had the tank down to 10lt left and had no dramas
  3. mine get pretty high sometimes too, so i just retard the timing to -2 with the hand controller untill i get it sorted properly, i seen it get to 90 odd, after i retard the timing it wont go over 30
  4. its loud cause there isnt much to stop the sound like if u where using an airbox. i dont know the model of the bov, was on the car when i got it.
  5. i got a trust plumback on mine and its loud, but so was the stocker cause im running a pod too.
  6. the car will run like ass, from what i saw it will struggle to idle and have heaps of black smoke out the back
  7. R33 wires Z32 wires white&blue to black with silver band + white in the shielded thing (both are ground) black&white to white with silver band orange&blue to black in the shelided thing thats how i hooked mine up ohh just saw GTR this is for a gts-t dunno if its the same
  8. i got a cheap bleed valve on now and boost drops off up top when i had the pfc ebc controller it was a steady 15psi
  9. maybe an auto but a manual only gonna do about 100km/h in 2nd
  10. are the bov from s1 and s2 the same kind of mounting? cause thinking back to when i pulled this greedy one off my old motor i really dont remember and kind of flages or anything. from what i remember it just bolted straigt up.
  11. i need an adapter to fit a greedy bov onto an r33, the standard mount is much to wide. i called just jap but they dont sell any bov adapters so i was told. anywhere in sydney would be good.
  12. same problem here, pedal is soft as and my foot bounces. wouldnt mind a much firmer pedal like in my old ass beemer
  13. nah there was no hole at all, around the back of it there is like a ridge that runs around the outside of the light, raised maybe 1.5cm i just trimed most of that flat. this was on a series 1 front bar
  14. when i installed mine i had to trim the back end of the fog lights, the raised plastic bit surronding them from behind then it JUST fit on.
  15. the buttons on the ac unit are on an angle, ive had 2 33's and they weren't like that, maybe its been played with. not always a bad thing i guess.
  16. its deffinatly goin in for a service some time next week, just need to call those wonderful ppl down at autosport. thanks everyone for your help.
  17. ill give you 200 for it if you can tell me how to check if i have a current model pfc
  18. being a straight config engine doesnt mean its not going to die if the belt snaps, my beemer was a straight 6 and it was stuffed when the belt snapped
  19. ahh thanks for that, had a timing belt go in my old beemer, that cost me a fair bit dont want that happening again
  20. i got this little sticker on the motor cover that says something about 100,000km, im guessing its something about the timing belt which needs to be done at 100,000km right? anyway i got a pic here so if anyone can tell me what its trying to tell me, i'd be happy and that
