hay buddy i was told by a mate who just bought an ssv ute he said that the dealer told him u can option ur towing capacity and get up to 2600 keys...is this not true??

DEFINATELY MANUAL LOLZ my beemer is auto for when i cbf and want to cruise. i asked the same question to the dude at holden coz it was the first thing i noticed visually from the outside, he basically said because the back is so light it doesnt need such massive breaks. i came up with my own theory though, the redline pack only costs and extra $1500 so for brakes, the extra interior stuff, the wheel options, the nav/ipod/driver interactive bullshit thing in the centre console haha i reckon its not a bad price for the extras u can get.... if u get an auto in the ssv, when ur cruising like on a highway etc it turns off 4 cylinders in the engine so u use much less fuel but when u put ur foot back down it turns them all back on in some ridiculously short amount of time (ill check the brochure when i get home coz i dont recall the exact number) ill sus out the f6 but i think there a lil pricey... i got a gtr in transit atm so dont wanna spend too much cash lol however on a really off topic the ford dealerhip i went to (doncaster road) has a ford focur RS edition...it was f**king awesome haha

im in the same predicament as u atm. im looking at both the same car as u 2010 utes. holden vs ford lol (i was looking at the xr6 turbo ute though not the v8) im leaning towards the holden for a couple of different reasons 1) it looks way tuffer than the ford to me 2) the sound of the v8 in the holden is fkn crazy 3) chicks dig the holden more lolz + the redline has the nice brembos and because it doesnt have the leaf springs like the ford has way nicer handling...ive driven both and the holden is very comfortable to cruise around in and when u need the power its right there from nice and low in the rev range.... for towing the ford is better though, my mate works at holden and even he told me if i wanna tow get the ford lol. unless i option the f**k out of the holden coz u can get a 2600kg towing kit.... but for the few times a year i take my car to the track or jetski to the beach i reckon the holden

r34 gtr front guards are +25mm wider than the factory gt/gtt front guards....u wont really notice the "wideness" to much i reckon, just the awesomeness of haveing a gtr front lol....however there will be a massive empty hole where there should be a cooler... thats the only reason i wouldnt do the gtr front and stick to a gtt front end....

bumpskies.... any one interested in the remaining gear.... still have. the te37's $4000 the carbon fibre door trims $1500 the brakes fell thru so if someone wants them $2000 apexi guages and control unit $1000 custom made half cage for gtt/gtr (no sunroof model only) $800 all the spare carbon stuff that i had has pretty much gone. and im not selling anything that is on my car atm... if none of this sells by new years everything goes on the car and will no longer be for sale. not desperate to sell at all so dont send me messages saying how low will u go. will only post/courier items if u organise and pay for them on the side pm me if there is other stuff from the list that u would like info on thanks

hay guys cleaned out my garage over the week end and thru away heaps of shit and ive decided ill just get rid of these as i have brides and 2 different aftermarket spoliers already for my r34 item 1 - r34 gtt rear spolier color - white condition - very good. is sitting in bubble wrap in my garage and has been for a while. $100 item 2 - r34 gtt standard seats (just fronts) condition - fare. they have been sitting in my garage for the last 2 years so are a lil dusty and will need a clean. $200 ono items are pick up only in templestowe melbourne. will not post unless u organise and pay for courier ur self ans i have been f**ked around too many times doing it for ppl and dont have the time right now... pic - u all know what they both look like but if u really need them ill post some up cheers

my point is i think very fkn valid. u have 1 STANDARD car and 1 fully modified skyline.... 1 makes 1000hp from the factory and as mentioned retains warranty and all the comforts of an exotic car the other a car that has got 4 times the power it car out with from factory... i think that is a veriable that needs to be taken into account. (which is y i said go mod for mod on the veyron and see what happens lol)

dude when my r34 was a daily i used to drive over 1000kms a week and i wouldnt call my self a cruiser and my car survived long enuff, u should be fine bro

im sure that if the veyron did the same work like mod for mod that the r34 has that it would be a very different story.
