did the cops even show up.... if the engine has also been damaged as u say then im pretty much certain it will be a right off for sure.... if u have the car at home take off everything u have put in it (even some exp stock parts) and when the assessor comes just say that how it was....get ur payout and buy an r34 lol

hay guys my mate sami needs to put a stock airbox on his r32 sedan that he bought a lil while ago to go thru the pits for rego. it didnt come with an oem airbox and ppl want ridiculous money for second hand ones. is there a way we can use my standard r34 gtt airbox and put it in there ? ive heard the afm's are different sizes is this true? can we overcome this by swapping the 2 afms ? thanks julz

some parts will be interchangable and some will be custom one offs for my gtt. (i doubt there more than 2 or 3 tommy kaira kitted gtts floating around) gtrs u can buy pretty much every panel and interior part off the shelf where as the gtt drivers dont have this luxury (i dont understand how we got skipped by the manufacturers) but there are many different parts i wanna get made over the next 12 months for both cars ...

hay dudes as some of u know i have a never ending need to get as much carbon shit for my car as i possibly can so i have recently got more on the way u know the ugly weather strips on our r34's, the dirty brown looking things. yeah got them carbon head light intake carbon garage defend cooling panel (from neweraimports) just waiting for bank details for those front under canards/splitters shortly will be embarking on a f**k load more carbon fibre stuff to go on, most of it custom. im sick of trolling thru parts catalogues and forums and all i see is shit for 32. 33s and if it is for a 34 its always a gtr ... these r what i have in the mix at the moment front fenders (unfortunately the one i had were for a gtr and i didnt want to chnage my front bar because of its rareity) custom canards custom intercooler duct surround custom front ducting (where the indicators are) the shroud that goes around the engine fan (this is really exciting for me lol) thinking about the rear tail light surrounds but ill decide when my nagissa auto tail lamps arrive as much of the interior as we can do.... also will be working on a new revised airbox setup, similar to an arc one but with a perspex top and the ducting setup a lil differently to feed air from the deleted headlight . i wanna make it all in one piece as well so it gets a lil tricky but ill work it out lol there are several other things in the pipe work as well so stay tuned

hay phil i got some more details about the rear seat delete, they were supplied by a dude on here, u know mattyneweraimports (the dude with all the amazing parts in the business traders section) it was $7000.00 lol been d/c for ages though

ive now driven both the ssv and the xr6 turbo utes. in terms of straight lines yeah there both ok, not bad even. but taking corners in the 2 of them is where they really differ. the holden was actually quite surprising, it handled ok and even when i gave it a lil 2 much stick was able to be brought back in line pretty well.... i didnt have the same experience driving the ford lolz (to say the least) i was waiting to give my full detailed decription and analysis until after i have driven a v8 ford but if the chassis is the same then i dont think much will change from my current description... the seats and interior in the holden are nicer as well. and im sick of seeing in the car adverts the new "euro" styling of the ford. its a fkn ford ffs lolz

lol that just reminded me of the funniest thing that happened to a mate of mine. he gets a new work ute every 2 years or so right and he went out and got one of the fords with the alloy tray on the back. he picked it up brand new drove it out of the dealership and 20 mins later it broke down... needed a new engine put into it .... in a brand new f**king car, the flamin mongrels at the ford dealership even tried to make him pay for the tow truck haha and seriously this was a lovely lil discussion until a certain few morons got involved with it lol.... calling a dude an idiot for teling a story about his mates misfortune with his ford collection is just childish bro, theres a wasteland for that shit.... were trying to decipher which would be the best of the 2 utes would be best for our chosen requirements...the first few pages of this thread were nice and clean, the last 2 have become a slugging match....i get excited when i see a new reply and i see its just retards going on about who would rape who on a track, seriously f**k off aight!!

did u have the plug and play or the full ecu swap. the plug and play is pretty subtle and easily hideable.... the full swap is another story though lol.... there new hand controllers and dash displays are pretty cool too, a little pricey but i really like them did rob or matt tune ur one dude or did u get it done somewhere else??

ive ran wolfs on all of my cars s14, r32 gtr and got one going in my r34 in january.... they r a good ecu, all of my mates use them 2, from 200kw s13's to a 800hp rx4 drag car.... its all in the tuner, if ur in melbourne take it to robert sabadin in clayton. i used the v4 in the gtr and 2hunge and it was sweet, the new version v500 hasd ironed out the lil head f**k of cold starts and are very good imo, however as stated there only as good as there tuner. if u contact wolf directly they will tell u there prefered tuner in ur state...

hay buddy is this the full gear box or just the gear set. is it the 1-3 or 1-5 does it come with input shaft can u convert the shifter back to r34 spec thanks julz

hay buddy what ill do is when i get home (and it stops fkn raining) ill measure the gap where they would sit in the opening of the front bar. if u could please measure the gap from the front section of the canard top to bottom i could better guage the physical size of the thing. ill also speak to my mate shane from psi parts and see if we could modify them and remake them again in carbon thanks dude
