  1. Ive been tryin to get my hands on a copy of win XP 64x ultimate for some time. It seems it was a limited release and has been used in servers (so far ive read), what exactly is so bad about it?

  3. hi, yep i thought that too when i looked at it. although on the 33 its closer to the front of the car, but I do think that imho that is what it is. obviously the exhaust is not stock. and they didnt incorporate this.

  5. All very good points, Totally agree that those coppers do the trick, and if tuned right they can serve you quite well, if you dont mind changing more often. Some Food for thought; (ive got a set of iridiums in the mrs car, been going over 50k already fine.) Coppers $5 each x 6 = changed @ 10k (max 15k) 50k = $150 @ 100k = $300 Iridiums @ $20 each x 6 = changed @ 50k (max 100k) = $120 @ 100k = $240 Grabbed this from the ngk site; - Fine Iridium tip ensures high durability and a consistently stable spark - Iridium alloy has extremely high melting point - Trivalent Metal Plating - superior anti-corrosion and anti-seizing properties - Improved acceleration, high fuel efficiency and durability
  6. Awsome steve thanks, I havnt cleaned it yet, im also a bit curious as to how to clean it properly? could I just use some swabs and some alchohol? 105C is that going to be the same for all 3? because they seem to be different sizes.
  7. yea but, the F355 looks sex compared with the 360. personal preference imo ofc.
  8. If your on a budget sure, but if you can afford it, iridiums are the way to go. Spark quality with any engine is important.
  9. if u want ur wipers to run smoother, and they are rubber.. old trick is, -rejuvenate the rubber with some oil. with the silicone ones i dont know if it works, u could test it out

Steve you are 100% correct, I have dismantled the Hicas ECU, and have found 3 capacitors located near the Green power transistor near the heat sink, one of which is leaking black stuff all over the board, the trail isnt that big actually largest area covered is only about 3mm. Looks cleanable is it? will I need a new capacitors? hard to change?

  12. mate thats bloody awsome work!. I went all over, to a bunch of re-trimmer shops etc. and no one could fix mine, ended up buying a new one. If you can fix, Carpet, Seats, etc pm me with ur prices. cheers
  13. hey guys, the ECU has been repaired, but doubt anyone would want a repaired ECU. But if anyone does ill sell it for $75 bucks (cost price)

  16. mate, every car is limited to the driver. regardless the 360 aint that quick, you have been told twice by people in the know. Since you ahve never owend or driven one, how can you be so sure about urself?. I have loved ferrari's for ever, but even I know, that car is no flagship vehicle. Id take the GTR personally also. but if it was between a F40 or F355... hmm id take the ferrari
  17. ok tried o2 sensor aswell, no change. looking for standard vl turbo ecu to try out.
  18. hey mate, glad u figured out your issue. My brothers VL is now doing it on idle! Eeek. its gotten worse.. Same issue. going to try the o2 sensor tomozza.

  20. I used to have a VL a long time ago, and it did something like this, and it was ECU related. We havnt tried it yet on my brothers VL because we dont have a spare anymore. but its worth looking into, dont rule it out. Try using a mates ECU to test it.
  21. My brothers Rb30ET is doing the Exact same thing, and he has no BOV, hopefully the Fix is the same. Few things we have tried on his RB30 Fuel pump replaced, fuel reg replaced, pressures tested to rail. Crank Angle Sensor replaced, Leads Replaced. Spark from coil but havnt replaced as yet. (dont know if its related but could be). and we are looking for a spare AFM to test with. But issue remains with or without AFM. Doesnt matter what boost we run, same issue, also we noticed it only happens when it comes onto boost (while cold) but when it heats up, does it earlier, and we have checked everywhere and found no intake leaks. Hopefully someone can Shed some more light on the subject.
