AAC and idle screw, cleaned and adjusted these 2 and solved so many problems:
Idle would eventually sit around 1200rpm after jumping back and forth between 1,000 and 1200 now it sits at 700
Car would have a slight miss on idle (had a lot of idle problems ), now fixed
Vacuum hose (the small thin tube) had a crack down the side of it, had been wondering what the hissing noise coming from engine bay was, now fixed.
Car is so much more responsive now, sounds better overall and performs better. Even if you arent having problems with idle id still recommend cleaning it out if you havent already.
