  2. A'MEN ........OR buy an OS Giken 3.1L and fuel inject it and turbOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO it
  3. i got done 32km over and 29km by the same camera in a 30min space. paid the fines and took the points. Haven't had a speeding fine or any other fine in over 5 years now my advice, suck it up and cop it on the chin and demod to something like a dihatsu charade so you can't speed. Either that or cut you right leg off
  4. GTR30

    Tasty

haha knew you'd be onto this one!
  5. thought you guys might like this - i know i do and wish i had room for it cause i'd buy it straight away! http://cgi.ebay.com.au/1985-HR30-Datsun-Sk...=item3cb1a538fb
  6. CHEAP!! too cheap dude, you're lowering the price of mine and everyone elses lol FREE BUMP!
  7. no diss intended but they're still fakes - FREE BUMP lol
  8. shipping is a killer is right.. i just bought some sway bars for the chaser and freight+commission is nearly 2/3rds of the price of the bars! still cheaper than local like most of the bits i've been buying might be going down to see my old R30 soon when we swap the rego over to the new owner.. sounds like it's going to be a tear jerker (cause it has been looked after very nicely)- i miss the old girl
  9. intermediate pipe is a bit dinged up and considering it's secondhand it's not realy worth as much as want they want
  10. If it's hi flowed it does indeed use ct26 internals but looks just the same as a stock one.. I'm about to do the same on my chaser, it's good to keep is looking stock
  11. 6-8psi isn't a great deal and won't be dramatically increasing charge temps but a cooler is definately a good idea.. I was running around 10 psi with no cooler and and it would only detonate on hot, dry days but the power difference between hot and cold, dense air temps was massive.. It's always better to be safe than sorry and even though these are tough as nails motors it's good to have some assurance. A small side mount like the guys have said would be plenty for what you have and could possibly want and is cheap so do it. get some pics up!!
  12. ~$800 later and it would do the same job as any of the ones we have just mentioned unless you plan on drag racing your DR30 and pumping it full of Nitromenthanol fuel and going all twin turbo on it lol save ya coin for something else and get a second hand/reco radiator
  13. another idea that Randy at Nissco suggested was an EL Falcooon aloy rad with thermos - dime a dozen and cheap at the wreckers on another note (if andrew wanted to know) my chaser is pushing out 220kw at the wheels now Bit more fun than the old dirty 30 hehe still keen on a 240z for my next car though
  14. pretty sure my one had a VL/R31 rad....... for an L20et though Andy did you just have a surgery or something?? Hope everything is all dude
  15. and that's US dollars too!!! they actually go up in value the more they have been beaten unlike an R30 unfortunately
  16. http://www.zccjdm.com/catalog.php/azcarbum...RB_HEAT_SHIELD_ for the triple carb fans out there.... quality looks good
  17. This car has had more owners than a 10 year old chinese sweat shop worker!!
  18. It says auto dude.... reading not your first instinct huh?? *joking free bump for a nice ride
  19. free bump!! Try jzx100.com unless you're already a member dude and good luck!! nice and clean example, pretty cheap too
  20. haha way to over complicate a seemingly simple question Dennis I think he might just want to know what other people are running to give him an idea is all
  21. engineering plates would cost more than the car
