Sounds like you need to get your rotors machined down. New brake pads can do this on rotors if you have either: 1) Glazed the rotor from bedding in incorrectly or 2) Glazed the brake pad from over excess wear (hard braking, very hot rotors etc). I would personally get your rotors checked....Happened to me.
