Meggs, I think he just wants to know how far he can go with bolt-on go fast bits without touching injectors or internals.. So what turbo could 'bolt on' without needing a manifold, and would have the most effective power increase without needing new internals...? most likely including using stock fuel system So basically.. to get the most effective power with bolt on goodies, without tampering with the insides of the engine would be. (no particular order) - New Turbo - New Exhaust (3 - 3.5" dumped from turbo) - Pod Filter - New Intercooler ( Large Frount Mount - maybe an old GTR Cooler) - New Clutch - Some sort of plug and play fuel system.. if your on a budget.. an SAFC, can play a good role in fuel ratios... but if you want to spend about another 1000 go the powerfc, or some other sort of plugin fuel system. This sort of setup should be good for over 200rwkw(r33) when tuned correctly. Id say this would be close to the limit on stock internals and fuel system.. Of course.. MUCH more can be done to get crazy power as meggala was saying in his post.. its up to you, your budget, and your underpants.

Nope, I d/c'd the battery.. stomped on the brake a few times.. reconnected the battery, took her down the road until I hit the speed limiter.. 3 times I thought that should do the trick I was just hoping it didnt reset my safc settings.. doesnt seem to have

I have the same trouble with the thing that goes around it.. only the top of it clips on, and it occasiaonlly falls off.. but doesnt phase me that much. hey.. anotehr thing.. whats the point of that cirle part on the LED screen on the right where it displays what station preset your listening to.. is that all it does? or does it move with the music or something? Seems pointless to me

From talking to a few other people it would have a loud PSHHT similar to that of an aftermarket BOV.. not sure what harm it will cause the engine. Alot of WRX's do this. as they have a similar plumback stock bov.. so im told.

I like the side skirts thats about it. I dont see the point of those t-wings

if i come onto boost slowly and hosd it on about 2-3psi there is a slight whistle, if i come up boost slow it whistle all the way through. I beleive this is perfectly normal

Its a good question.. But its a stupid law (power/weight) .. how on earth can they enforce it? UNless they demand an on the spot dyno check. If not, you can easily detune your car to run lower power. Same with insurance companies, they wont be able to enofrce it, so I doubt it comes into play. If your car isnt on the list on vicroads, then id say your safe. Ask your insurance company.

I got pulled over last night for a 'routine license check' while I was dropping my mates home. It was 12 at night and I didnt have my license on me, nor P plates.. the copper was pretty nice, and was more interested in how a 'p plater' could afford a car like this. But he was still a bit pissed at me because I didnt have my p plates up, and I got a $105 fine. I have to take my license in this afternoon. He didnt mention anything about not being able to drive it, but he did look a bit stunned at the SAFC on my dash, and the Electronic boost controller idling away.. oh, and the boost guage mounted on my pillar. I just think he was bored and wanted to check out my car. Oh.. and fine me
