Hi guys, l was wondering if anyone has had the same problem as me and how you would fix the problem. All of a sudden, when l started my car, the rev shown on the factory dash was 2k and over time it dropped back down to 1k. But when l connected it up via consult and by the volume of my exhaust, the engine was actually idling at about 700rpm(stock). Does anyone know how l can correct the tachometer? The dash has never been removed or adjusted in anyway as far as l know. Thank You All

Hi mate, have you tried out the Firepower pads? They are excellent pads and great value for money. Ive used it on mine for a whole year now and still no visible fade. I bought mine initially for $80 from a Reseller in Five Dock but now they're selling it on ebay for such a low price. haha, yeh $40.00 a pair, they do retail for $80 each at some Automotive stores. But then again, these are just everyday pads, if you dont push it and use decent engine braking, you're fine! Just my 2c. I cant justify using $250 for a pair of pads just to get around town..

i havent directly dealt with this seller before but i can vouch that these pads are excellent in value and have a fairly long life. I've used them for a whole year and theres no visible sign of wear on them and the cars a daily. Another thing i find good about these is they're really low on dust, less dusty than my Bendix Premiums on the rear. Its a pain in the ass cleaning my white rims when they get dusty! They also hold up pretty well on the streets, but i certainly will not recommend it for any track work as it'll just overheat(just a guess). I bought my front pair for $40 If only this seller was there before. I will certainly be turning back to these pads! Hope that helps

Hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone here can tell me the difference between the series one and series two seats besides the different trim material? This is because lm getting some leatherette seat covers as a gift but its suited for a series 2 when l have a series one. When l tried contacting the manufacture, he was extremely unhelpful and just suggested l buy a new set from him instead of telling me what the differences were. Thanks Everyone!

Sorry, l dont know those details as well, lm located at Kingsgrove, if you would like to pick up. They will certainly fit a r33gtst s1 as long as they are 4piston fronts and 2piston rears. Yes, they are $40 for front and rear. With the occasional thrashing and heavy braking, i had them on for a whole year and still got alot of meat left. Heres an image of it Dont think itll be much of a difference as its built using similar tech to the Bendix premiums. Please dont expect too much though since they are ONLY $20 a pair!

sorry, forgot to add, $40 is mechanics price for these pads, they are normally $70 retail. Most auto shops around Sydney should carry them and they are fairly good pads. I would love to give you some specs, but the company which produces them dont publish anything on their website. http://firepowerautomotive.com.au/ They specialise in trade customers. All l know is they do have a great feel and grip tighter than Bendix premiums, they are almost on the same level as the Ultimates, ive used them previously on the car and this is my 2nd set. Great pads for the streets, but not recommended for Track work. But then again, don't think you can get any decent track pads for under 100 a pair. Cheers

depends on application though mate, they are heaps good pads and comparable to the bendix if used on the street, but dont think about it for the tracks. I am a reseller of these brakepads so if you're after any, just give me a buzz, $20 a pair + delivery or if you buy a whole set(front and rear) $15 a pair. If theres any problem with these pads, just give me a call and ill exchange it for you

Is there someone out there that can just do my rear window tinting for me at a reasonable price, ive done the rest myself with 35% reflective tint and turned out perfect, but i cant get the rear to look the same. Would anyone know how much it'll cost approx? Cheers

hey mate, you have 2 piston fronts and single piston rear if its stock. GTS4's normally have 4 stud and hence the set up. Congrats on the car! I have the exact car =D
