why would they pull the accelerator pedal box out? that is quite random!

the boyz just put a couple of weld down each side so it's not going to happen again ... good luck with it zebra ...

was a spot weld on the pedal box that had failed ... all good easy fix

Clutch pedal gone all of a sudden whilst driving ... Hey, I was driving along yesterday and went to change from 2nd to 3rd when the clutch pedal just seemed to fall to the floor. Now when I push the clutch pedal down it doesn't disengage the clutch properly. I have to push the pedal as hard as i can to get the car into gear and to get it home i had to blip the rev in between shift so that it wouldn't crunch gears. It's going to Bezerkly tomorrow to get checked out just wondering if anyone could give me an idea of whats going on cause its doing my head in... Thanks

there is a big thread on this somewhere ... the ultimate thing you can do to restore your HL's is to pull them out and put them in the oven to soften to glue and split them apart ... rub them back inside and out with the finest grade wet and dry you can find ... polish them up ... and have them clear coated to stop them from going crappy again for ages ... will be doing this soon because I had my car buffed and the dick head put marks across one of them ...

who did you buy them off did they give you spec sheet with them or something??? call a local distributor for HKS for accurate advice IMO
