  1. Shame cause I daresay Mercs will cream the local lads and probably give Nissan a genuine run for their money. If they dont enter, (and Im biased here) I'd consider Nissan in a prime position to win every race > -D
  2. GMG R32 'GTR-091' on North East Road - very nice -D
  3. "Get fast or die Tryin' " - Fliggy Cent -D
  4. Not Road & Track - they were further south.... -D
  5. That would have probably been Road & Track who were in Collins street, Enfield for a fair while. Unfortunately Gil has retired and the business is no more. -D
  6. FFS Man, listen to what Ash has told you Put this shit in the Wanted to sell section, like you've damn well been told. Moron. -D
  7. *heh-heh-heh* (wolf creek style) -D
  8. Its good you clarified that, cause I'm sure a bunch of folks thought it meant Gary Glitter in a tent. Kids can now camp in caravan parks, assured of their safety... -D
  9. WTB - R32 GTR/RB26DETT Air Con Compressor -D
  10. WTS - Brand new R32 GTR RB26 Water Pump (Stock) - Part No: 21010-58S25 $200 ono including gasket and bolts Reason for sale : Thought existing pump was cactus. Pump wasn't cactus. Pump doesn't even resemble a cactus. -D
  11. That really sucks - condolances to his friends/fam. RIP -D
  12. Agreed - its more economical to go one or the other, even if it means owning two of the same vehicle. Just getting too expensive to insure modified cars, as well as worry about the legalities. The GTR is as modded as I can legally keep it (though that isnt as bad as some people might think) so on the plus side, I get to drive it daily... on the down side my GTR burns cash like heath ledger in batman.... -D
  13. something like this is quite decent for the price -does g force metering and gps tracking/split playback http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Waterproof1080P-H-264-Car-vedio-camcorder-DVR-Camera-Recorder-GPS-Google-Map-/221117940654?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item337ba803ae -D
  14. Just checked your link - blue one eh. Figured why I havent seen that one, tho there is a bloke there that has a 34 GTT who does something like 90 over the train tracks - him and the white 33 were chasing each other and got airborne heading into that roundabout. funny watching it from a corolla heading the opposite direction. I'll be back on the 2nd - wander on over to SD and I'll show you the gtr... -D
  15. *edited* - Let me guess, you got the white 33? -D Edit - Hows the wisdom teeth? I just realized who you are hahaha
  16. Generally it doesnt take long, however it is the festive season so there may be a delay due to consumption of the sphincter of the universe and alcohol. You can pm RubyRS4 as he is the dude who sends out the membership cards however I'm guessing he's having a well earned xmas break Don't worry, it won't take long -D Edit - bahahaha the spam filter auto corrected tur.key
  17. Sorry nah, sold that ages ago. -D
  18. Mine gave me a bit of shit the first year or two I owned it. Narrowed it down to a non-compatible boss kit (Nardi wheel). Got the boss kit and everything started working perfectly. Was wierd tho - the hicas would get confused after 10-15 minutes of driving and then disable itself (hicas light on continuously) - what was happening is because the magnets in the wheels were in different positions depending on the era of skyline, and it was actually tricking the ecu into thinking that the car has been driving in circles for the last 10-15 minutes. Also if you went over 80kph within those 10-15 minutes, the rear wheels would change toe (scare the shit out of you too) and you'd have to drive straight with the wheel "not entirely centred" I screwed around with so many different software solutions too, and none of them were useful - apparently Conzult Z32 can read HICAS codes from the R32 GTR but thats the only one - BUT the software is locked to use only the usb/OBD cable that Conzult sell (so no chance using the software with the cable I bought from the blokes who fitted my nistune). In the end, the multimeter and the service manual was how I figured it out. And yes, it took a long, long time ;\ That said, working HICAS is great.... taking roundabouts at 60kph like a boss. cos chicks dig it. -D
  19. FYI (incase you need to clear it in future) you can use a non-hicas subframe instead of the lock-bar solution which is entirely regency friendly. Good that they removed that defect though - sounded pretty trivial really... -D Edit - Krishy, I think you're the only dude I know (aside from me) who still hasn't removed hicas
  20. Got a 2002 Cozmo Haro BMX Bike FS with pegs Been sitting in the shed for years and want it gone. $300 negotiable Has some minor surface rust/pitting on the chromed bits but everything else is in good cond PM me for pics -D
  21. Go-Pro's are what most people use i think. TypeVU had one for sale a cpl weeks ago, maybe PM him and see if he still has it -D
  22. OK. What I'd mainly like to point out is that u probably don't want to sell chinese knockoffs here. I would guess that 99% of the people on this forum don't do the 'pretend lookalike' thing because they appreciate the finer details, like having a steering wheel that wont actually snap into two pieces when going full lock. Parting out is great, everyone needs that but please, please, I beg you, don't import cheap imitation shit. The market is already flooded with that crap and I can guarantee that if your business name gets associated with crap products then you wont last 12 months. Sorry if I'm the bearer of bad news, but thats where its at. The online market has neutralized the non-players and it will take a man with a very well thought out business strategy to make headways in this era - and importing imitation BS will do you more harm than good. So, I would recommend trading on your skills and knowledge, not what you can get 'cheap'. The poor man pays twice. -D
  23. Hi Mate Good to see another workshop around, but you'll need to check the forum rules in relation to advertising - only site sponsors are able to advertise services on this forum. No doubt you'll be getting a note from one of the Admins in relation to this. One question - why import replicas/knockoffs when most of the replicas (ie Nardi Wheels) are cheap non adr approved merchandise that break under the slightest amount of stress? I'm pretty sure most people here would rather pay for quality parts that they know won't break on them (and cause them injury/death)- not to mention the legal hassle from having non adr items fitted to the car (police/insurance) -D
  24. Until next time ;\ ... "Is it cos I is black?" -D
  25. ohhh.... matte black... suddenly I feel very strange in the trouser region... *thumbs up* -D
