Although I am keen to do this sometime in the future, I'd like to know what options I've got and whether it is in fact possible/feasable to get a six speed 'box in the R34 GTT... I'm sure I've seen information on here about ratio kits that replace the stock ones (OS Giken are they?), but I can't recall ever seeing a gearbox transplant? Is a swap possible? I know it wouldn't be cheap... What options have I got? Have many people here done anything like this??? Thanks lads! {EDIT} Read last page.. Thanks.

Yes but going up and down a drag strip doesn't really require much in the way of grip, too bad if he needed to take a 240km/ph sweeper with the rear wing removed....

Well my GP said that... Yes it is true that creatine is indeed a natural substance, and yes you can acquire a natural intake of creatine by consuming large portions of our bovine friends.. However, the powder is a concentration and near pure intake of creatine, and an amount that is unnatural to the human body... I'm not entirely sure myself, I just acted on advice of my personal trainer and my GP when I did use it, and yes I found it indeed worked, too bad my diet was sh1thouse...

Creatine without an adequate daily intake of water can and will cause your kidneys and liver to fail... For Godsake make sure if you take creatine, have upwards of 8 to 10 glasses of water a day..
