id say off the shelf.was trying 3 of them, made no difference. I should try the 50s. sound good. but do they mess with you? need to be pretty straight for work.

huet my lower back a while ago.never truly gone away. yesterday, awoke and it was worse. now getting a shooting pain down left outer calf. cant walk properly. so, hope they can fix it. last doctor I saw about it just said muscle. and gave me prescription for panadiene fort. only took the edge off, so I doubt muscle.
