last night going for a nice drive through the hills....spotted 2 R32's black and the other one was blue....also spotted a white r33 when i was parked on the side fixing my cooler piping....damn i hate them poping off....
around 10.30 spotted a black s1 r33 at villies
i will be getting some work done on almost the same lines soon
so very interested in this thread and also if people can post pics of the jobs done that would be nice
thanks
aww wtf mate
thats seriously not right
i thought that if the tire placard says that the car has stock 16's then you could definately go 2 inches higher
so whats the deal with that
exhaust too low...thats debatable and shouldnt be a regency though
goodluck with it mate and hopefully its changed from a Visual to a cop shop defect
this is what i was talking to the guy at regency about
all he said that this is a grey area however you will fail your inspection if you have them in.
so i was more confused then ever really
there is no rule stating you cant have coilovers
yet you wont pass your inspection because you have them
so really WTF
Jason statham movies are all about guns, sex, drugs, money and not bad looking biatches lol
enough said if your into pointless humor then thats the right movie for you
^^^ what you said is so true there daniel
its either loud or quiet no in between
and for that exact reason people get baffle plates made up and shove things like daniel mentioned (steel wool lol)
if you have made up your mind in about selling the car
then i would suggest start selling the accessories/aftermarket parts now mate
it will be all sold hopefully before your car is ready and then all you have to worry about is selling the car.
PS i will buy the strut brace if it fits my car today!
very good out come there people
would like to thank all parties involved in getting some sort of matured understanding
there are some mods that are in the grey area as far as i see it
for example: are coilovers defectable.....atm according to police and regency its a YES
but there is not written rule about them...AFAIK....so whats up with that
marko - baffle plates reduce the noise and will definately reduce the performance of the car
to keep you exhaust note on the low think of inserting another resinator and a mid muffler
i have a trust system with a mid muffler and its really and i mean really quite on the low revs and opens up on higher rpm's
so have a look into that as well mate instead of a baffle plate
i picked my car up from the tuners last night
very very happy with the tune and the work the guys did
car is unreal in terms of response and much much better to drive then before
