saw grey r32 gtst with a crazy bodykit and big dish at knox Hungry jacks carpark... then got pulled over by TMU and got minor defect for blue parkers/license plate lights lol

i saw that aswel looked nice..i rarely see any. I did see one about month or so ago...duno what was wrong with it but sounded like crap and was about to break down.

Went looking with a mate in dandenong yesterday at cars for himself and i thought id get my car valued and see what i could get for it. N/A's are starting to hold their value a bit more than some turbo's but i thought this is rediculus. Started talking to a dealer pretending im interested in doing a trade in and purchase a r33 97 gtst. First of all i have a black 96 r33 series 2 GTS. 18 inch Black PDW wheels with 6month old tyres headunit, amp, sub, speakers. extractors, pod, hi flow cat, 2.5inch piping, and cannon system. Paint is perfect, engine running perfect, the guy looks through it see if eevrything works..and only thing he has to complain about is a tiny tear on the side of the drivers seat. The gtst i looked at was dead stock and wanted 14k for it lol the guy offers me $7000 for my car. thought that was absolutly horrible so pretended to still be interest and got a test drive the gtst for the sake of it and left later on. The skylines the dealer hand in his yard were pretty poor condition and selling for quite a bit considering their age. But yeah what can you do im pretty bored so i thought i might tell you my story. Also went to plunkett rd theres a yard there that has some nice imports mainly skyline, and they had a tuff as black r33 gtst with adjustable sus, front bar, for 15k

saw a nice silver 33 gtst with uneek sticker on top @ chapel street saw a dark blue r33 gts parked on chapel another r32 at coles carpark - chapel street lot of other nice cars

cant wait to see one of these on the roads or at a meet up

yeah thats true aswel except with the orion/camry they pulled someone over and falcon had lights and gadgets still in it...duno about the vt though. but still...theres a crackdown so everyone should be careful these days.

wow this turned out to be a interesting topic =] badluck on your incident...ive got a court date in december for careless driving due to being in a rush to school, in the wet &slippery, accidently went sideays around a corner and spun out in the intersection.(no traction/abs) undercover comes up behind me. Just wasnt paying enough attention to the road condition especially considering id been up for like 15minutes. i wasnt hooning or speeding, just miss judgement which ive learnt from and now i always know what to look out for hence learning from my mistake. mistakes are good to learn from ..hopefully there just isnt any police or fines involved with them.

For a while now we all know about the crackdown on hoons, booze buses, drug testings ect... but what i been spotting is rather interesting but scary. last week going to the wheeler's was at traffic lights when unmarked cop pulls up right next to me...driving old ford falcon model ( i dont think ive seen cops driving ford ion very long time)....was a bit worried since i had 1 more person sitting in the middle of the 33..as you know theres no middle seat. but they went by and didnt take notice then few days ago was at knox and saw under covers driving a toyota orion or camry... then again i saw another patrol car which was a unmarked holden vt.... only way i realised they were cops was because of the jackets they were wearing and the antena out the back. just thought id let some of you guys know to be careful as they could be anywhere and you may not take notice. so a warning ..if anyone attempting to do anything in public or around traffic ....look out around you cause cops may be closer than you think now.

spotted similar looking car to mine on springval rd/hawthorn rd r33 gtst black with black rims. then on highbury rd silver 33 gtst with black rims then a nice yellow r34 gtt with stickers on rear of car on wellington rd.

i got blue leds pretty bright in the license plate place...but as above..you can only see the glow and all times i been pulled up never had any problem with them. sorry to hear about that fine ..maybe because it was visible and at the front of the car. eg cops maybe i dunoo...damn cops sometimes
