spotted a silver 4door skyline on burwood hwy today going past bunnings, bright blue spare/space saver wheel.

oh yeah regarding on bubba's comment on replacing driving lights, no. found the one's in the grille quite good. in saying that got a pair of nice 100w spotties out in the garage been boxed away for years new unused (gift). similar size and shape to the cibie's on the dayz s2. been eyeing of that aunger thing and umming/arrrring if i really need to get it and fit them.

did my little test on the Monash. Speedo 60kmh - GPS 58.5kmh Speedo 80kmh - GPS 76.5kmh Speedo 90kmh - GPS 86.5kmh Speedo 100kmh - GPS 95.5 - 95.8kmh (had to keep an eye on traffic:) )

i heated of my outer lenses with a hair dryer then took out the two inner lenses, one clear the other orange to get the full light spread. now the normal halogen light colour.

Little silver bit clips out here..... see red arrow. Then there's a 10 or 12 mm bolt behind holding the light in.

nup no trimpots not sure what the nec k659 component on the board does but maybe that's where a trimpot could be placed to calibrate. (only guessing im not an electronic eng.)

Hi Tom, After Simon (Chook) gave feedback, ive left it sitting in the parts box Never further investigated, but since come across the manual for the Stag so may take another look and compare to the maxima wiring diagram. Looked quite simple to hook up. Might go get the control unit of the garage an pop the case off it see if there are any trimpots for calibration. Pete

hmm my nokia gps doesn't like the bad weather, kept cutting in/out around 76kmh. wait till its clear skies.

I just changed from 205/55R16 Stag stock wheels to R34 GTR 245/40R18 wheels and my speedo got more accurate. I have a 98 s2 auto 4wd Stag. With the 16's if the speedo showed 60 i was actually doing 57. With the 18's if the speedo shows 60 im doing 58.5. I've verified this against those smiley face trailers that show speed they place on side streets and my gps. Get the same readings every time. Havent tested 100 yet, might go down to the monash now and see. This is normal yeah? Ive heard others going up in size and speedo got less accurate. (dont recall sizes quoted) p.s. i thought the 16's were good around corners.....these 18's are waaaay better

Keep spotting a sliver r34 gtt 2 door on Highbury Rd Burwood out the front of Sharp Panel and Paint. Has big 20"? chromies. Also a white R33 2Door Gts parked near Hartwell/Burwood Station this morning...nice and clean.

I wind down the window and shake my head as to say NO!, if they take a step toward my car, I say in a deep forcefull voice "keep away from my car!". They sure take notice (3) For subrule (2), a pedestrian does not unreasonably obstruct the path of another pedestrian only by travelling more slowly than other pedestrians. Does this mean i can be fined for walking too slow along the footpath? What happens If i break into a sprint, will i get fined for going too fast.
