  2. lol well you havent given alot to diagnose with but i would start by checking for an air leak. It may also be your turbo (broken fins?) or wastegate or solenoid (doubt it but meh).
  3. he doesn't need it to pull the balancer off, its for a bike... im pretty sure you can get a impact wrench on the side of a bike with no room issues... lol and no it wont pull the balancer off you need a pully puller for that
  4. Air gun got my pulley off, just have to have one with more than 500ft/lbs of torque little one wouldnt budge it but the big one took a whole of 30 seconds
  5. people will claim it damages your turbo but its all wives tales as far as im and everyone else i talk to. Put it where ever you want.

  9. All os giken clutches come with their own lightened flywheel designed to house the clutch, why would you want to replace that? Im pretty sure but not 100% hks come with flywheel too?
  10. The os Giken Plates have slots in the flywheel that automatically line the splines up. At that point its in you cannot twist the drive shaft which indicates its locked into the splines. You say the Spigot bearing is the same size? this is a r34 box not a r33 is that still the case?
  11. Yer mate stock airbox is well capable of big numbers as they said. Maybe replace the stock panel filter with something better.
  12. You can always buy another OEM clutch from nissan Failing that if its just a daily, any reputable branded single plate will do the job.
  13. its pretty important the drive shaft is straight and balanced, from what i understand it will rattle and can break under load. for all that dicking around and cash spent you could of rebuilt your old box with decent gears and not have the stuff around lol
  14. If your worried about pedal pressure, get a Nismo slave cylinder, about $130-150. Doesn't brake the bank and considerable difference in pedal pressure. if you can spend the cash, i reckon an OS Giken http://www.otomoto.com.au/osgiken/str_twin_plate.htm You get what you pay for in the end
  15. You have to Cut the Transfer case off and have a plate welded over where it was, or use an RB25 box would be easier but more expensive. If you use an RB25 Box CHECK THE PILOT BEARING FIRST. You also have to look at the sump as the GTR sump has the 4WD front diff in it and this will prolly have to be changed. You will have to check the yoke on the drive shaft and also the length of it. Lastly check the engine mounts. If all that is right, have fun getting it in im no expert on s13s but that should be the general idea
