I had exactly the same problem except it was a little different when i started the car it would go tick tick tick for a few moments then after a bit it would stop but when i was driving i could hear it when the windows where down when i was driving,anyway about a week ago i did an oil change with some motul 4100 turbolight oil and its seemed to have fixed the problem.....the oil is expensive but give it a try it fixed my problem it may fix yours

it really is all about balance at tsukuba 33 had the most power in a straight line but it understeered like a pig the 32 34 35 seemed to handle relatively neutrally, i agree with the previous statement if it had more power the 32 would have been a chance how good was the launch of the 34 off the line

My r33 has done quite a few kilometeres as such the steering is a bit shoddy,anyway i was on ebay and i saw a series 2 steering wheel which has an airbag i was wondering if im able to do a conversion on my car so i can actually use the airbag if i buy the steering wheel. i know their is a multitude of aftermarket steering wheels but im more after the standard look plus an airbag may be useful in a car crash so what im asking is 1.do you know if the conversion can be done 2.whats the cost 3.is it worth it

hahahahah still got a skyline pic though, and didnt an evo win bathurst holdens mecca and that 7 litre thing only runs like 4.8 seconds to 100 its in the new motor mag or wheels can't remember which one GTR owners would agree that a standard gtr will run anywhere between 4.7 and 5.2 depending on the mag and it only has 280 horses keep your 7 litres ill spend my money on a gtr

i was driving home from work the other day when a 300zx came up behind me and sat on my arse obviously he wanted to race i didnt....so instead of pulling out and hammering it he just sits their for 3 kays occasionally going back but every time we slowed down ie roundabout he was right on my arse again anyway we were going up a hill where i live i pulled to the left to let him through then instead of taking off he slowly drives off ......he seemed to be in suc a hurry before now he slowly drive up the hill WTF now im pissed next roundabout... dickhead what was the point your on my ass for 3 kays and now your right next to me dont you feel like a wanker was it worth it now i wouldnt have cared if hed hammered off the z sounded sweet but to sit their like a dimwit .....and what if i had to brake fast he would have crunched the skyline i hate assholes like that was i wrong whats your opinion oh and if the z driver is reading this id like to hear your side it was obvious i didnt want to race and you cant be that stupid to realise that cops patrol that road regularly

You know what i find some members in this thread hilarious they say how can we be so single minded have you ever talked to a holden fan seriously jap crap this turbos are shit that and to get them to admit a gtr thumping out 1000 horses out of 2.6, 2.8, 3.0 whatever is an awesome effort all you get is thats crap they'd be nothing without the turbos, wankers. They also dont seem to get that a car doesnt have to be fast to enjoy,best bogan voice....has to be a v8 has to be over 5 litres or else its slow and crap, tools. I agree that holdens are very quick their good value for money for what you get ...performance wise they have awesome tuneability ive seen in a holden mag at work cam and tune packages low 12's on a relatively stock engine fair effort i will give credit where its due But my point has been long winded but it is coming if they want to be single minded fine thats cool but i can gaurantee that in a holden site twin cam crap 2.5 litre shit whats good for them is good for us and if you love holdens so much go to their forum oh buy a holden and walk into a world of depreciation sorry if ive offended it wasnt my intention

i was thinking the same thing the other day when i went to the motorshow,sitting in expensive audi's a few saab's and i hate to admit to it but the volvo was nice aswell looking at their new dash designs and plush leather seats softer materials on the dash...aswell as their awesome satnav and all of those systems built in it made the skyline look average when i got home i sat in the skyline and went uuuuugggggghhhhhh. Then i went for a drive the next day felt the turbo rush realised i wasnt looking at the dash,then i change gear hearing the whoosh in between gears realised i wasnt paying attention to the fact i didnt have leather seats.....then i hammered it and it bought a smile to my face. euro cars are only good when they're the top of the line models aside from that you get ashmatic heap of crap 4 cylinders. you have to spend decent money to get something thats only half way quick IMO i know its supposed to b bout comfort as you get older and speed isnt as important but i think you have a skyline for a reason
